Location to the pier - no need to get ripped off by the taxi drivers, Beach was cool as well, there it ends

Beat to death bungalow, everything was worn down, no value for money at all, booked it because of the pier location for one night. 10 years ago I bet it was an amazing resort, but not today. Diaper in the pool made our day :D

Easier to find than I thought Good bar by pool, nice stretch of beach Good range of food at breakfast Limited space to park car Nearby relaxed bars and shops Next to the pier and ferry stop

Bathroom not very smart but everything worked fine Interconnecting door between rooms in bungalow - can hear a lot from next door so remember to keep the noise down! Needs better soundproofing.

A "real" thai experience. Not to many tourists and good restaurants nearby. The villa with pool was perfect with children 5-9, no rush to go to the large pool and beach. Really good value for money. Nice staff that like to entertain kids.

    Nothing really.

Great location, next to Maenam pier for boat to Koh Tao. Literally a 1 min walk. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Great staff. Decent food (although pricier than nearby places).

Couldn't turn the overhead fan on above our bed without the light being on as well. First world problem!

We loved our stay at Cocopalm. It was very quiet when we were there as off season. Staff very friendly, family bungalow was great and really close to beach. Beautiful beach, pool, and gardens. Buffet breakfast was great, we also ate at restaurant a number of times, food was very good there and could sit overlooking the beach, price reasonable but hardly anyone else there which surprised us cause we really liked it. Some good restaurants just down the road, johns garden, Kuhn Anna and a number of smaller places were all good. We used German tour/taxi just across road for transport and they were good price. It's a little out of the way but 400 bht will get you to chaweng. The resort is just next door to lomprayah ferry which made it super easy for day trip to Islands. We had a great stay!

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. The cheapest category was ok but not what we were looking for, but than we paid a bit more and got a nice, big room. The swimming pool was nice, the kids played in it for hours. The hotel is directly next to the Lomprayah Pier, so that was good for us, because we were going to Koh Phangan afterwards.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

    Served good Mojitos.

The accommodation is very dated. The resort was empty when we stayed there at the end of march.

The room we stayed could be better with some renovation. Locks and pipes needed to be fixed. Water was rather yellow than clear and that made us stayed away from the bathtub.

We would like to emphasize the high quality of service provided by the employees (reception, restaurant..) who are very kind and professional. The bungalows are comfortable and the environment very pleasant. We are very satisfied.

It was very relaxing and away from the crowds. Was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Good value for the money. I was travelling with my adult son and my daughter, partner and 2 young grandchildren.- the children enjoyed having a bath each day.

We only had one evening meal in the restaurant as was cheaper to eat outside the villa, but that was OK. Had a few windy days and beach quite exposed, but we were happy relaxing by the pool.

Bungalows were fine and there were restaurants and shops in a walking distance from the hotel. Pier with ships going to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao really close to the hotel. Nice garden .

Quite much seaweed on the beach.

The hotel pool area, beach facilities and restaurants are all appointed.

The room we stayed in was very basic. Effectively it was a reed box right next to reception. Bed was okay but the air conditioning was so loud we couldn't sleep with it on at all. The controls are up on the wall at the bathroom entrance so we had to get up at night ti switch it on and off when it got stuffy. The bathroom was basic, a bit tired, and the shower wasn't hot enough. We did chose the cheaper option st this hotel.

    Location was good

The Food was Poor and the General Atmosphäre in the evening at the Restaurant was depressing. Would not stay again.
