loved pretty much everything, the owner was a diamond geezer, loved the infinity pool, food, air-conditioned gym, was late to breakfast a few times and they accommodated me without me even having to ask, everything is so clean, we're talking immaculate, staff was maybe a bit on the shy side and maybe needs to be a bit more assertive, loved the area and the view, ease of hiring motorbikes and cars, ease of transport to town and the airport, even got picked up for free because we couldn't find the place and ended up far away thanks to a failure on google map's part, the laundry service was great and my clothes actually got clean (contra all other laundry services in thailand where your clothes just come out smelling nice), they even washed my trainers and dried them because they had gotten wet several times after the heavy rains, exquisite and beautiful surroundings, could stare at the view all day every day, actual rooms were soooo nice, modern and stylish with everything you could want, minibar was cheap so no need to go out, i could go on and on.

other guests and their arrogance, ridiculous expectations, nagging and sense of entitlement (some French woman made the hotel staff bend over backwards to find a room with a DVD player that would play the obscure file format her downloaded film was in, taking up their valuable time and causing delays with everything. leave the films at home, woman, and just enjoy your damn holiday). there was a problem with the bill at check-out due to some other lady charging her dinner to our room (where do these people come from?) that ultimately got resolved. the time it took to resolve was negatively impacted by the poor level of english spoken by the one girl working in the reception. there were some moments of miscommunication with her during the stay, but nothing serious and we just sort of had to laugh. she's a real darling, but the english needs serious work. the man who is usually there speaks excellent english and sorted things out very quickly. oh, the signs on the road pointing to the hotel are faded to white and unreadable so we got really lost. actually were about 100 m away from the hotel but unable to access booking.com to check the map again, so checked google maps which said the hotel was 15 km away. after getting down there, we realised that was completely wrong. this is google's fault, but some new signs would be nice. they did, however, come and get us in a nice air-conditioned car for free, a very nice touch.

Overall, the facilities are very good. The view of the ocean is amazing. Staff is friendly.

I liked the small and close environment of the hotel. Rooms were amazing, view was nice. Everything went very well during our stay. The staff are very friendly.

I didn't like the fact there was no buffet breakfast and we had to order from the menu which took alot of time in the morning.

A very nice hotel, very modern and chic. Great value for money compared to other hotels in Samui. Very friendly staff, everything is new. Shuttle service to the beach. Nice view on the sea. Good food at a good price.

The only thing is the location if you are looking for beach holidays. Hotel is located on a hill, beach is to far away to walk. You are tied to the hotel shuttle service since Taxis are a ripp-off on Samui. There is nothing around the hotel.

Everything was perfect,the staf ,the rooms, when we go back to Samui this will be again our hotel,,the rooms are like the photos and much much better..... Thank you Spyros ,Poope

The hotel is brilliant because there was some problem with our booking and they went all of their way to make sure we have our rooms. We got free upgrades and complimentary spa treatments for the hassle.

Booking.com messed up our booking by not reserving our rooms but the hotel management did their best to rectify the problem albeit not their fault!

Stunning views Design of hotel Balcony Staff was very friendly Room Service Pool was good with amazing views Joe the manager went out of his way to help All in all it was a fantastic experience - stunning apartments, welcome with drink and cold nice smelling towels, a 20 minute walk to the next 7/11 (with a steep hill) and to the beach. They also offer shuttle services twice a day to a beautiful beach. We used the Spa service and it was a great experience too. Great hotel, luxurious design and fantastic staff.

Breakfast service could improve but that is only minor :)

The hotel was so well maintened. It seems to be brand new though it opened a year ago. Staff are friendly and smiley.

Once has to wait rather a long time on peak times for breakfast. Staff do not seem to be proactive and anticipate customers basic needs at restaurant. Although only two deck chairs with the sun around swimming pool. All other chairs are in the shade but that's only because how the hotel is laid out and that's a pity you can't enjoy sunbathing there.

Though Code is 30 minutes away from Chaweng beach, the main thing is the location and it is perfect for a honeymoon couple. I hired a car from the hotel and used to travel around the island but the room was picturesque. It was amazing and would definitely want to visit again. Cheers!

The only thing is the food options for vegetarians like me are very few.

Where to start......i really cannot fault anything about the Code, staff were friendly, polite,and very helpful. The code was situated on a hillside with great views out across the sea with views of a few islands located in the area. Food was great if you wanted to eat at the restaurant, the pool was large enough to give the arms and legs alittle workout or nice enough that you could just relax bt the poolside. Quiet and peaceful area, with great views from the apartments, hire a moped and take a trip around the island very safe....... I will most definitely return to the Code......."thank you for making my holiday" Malcolm LONDON

отличная кухня. отличные номера. все новое, без изъянов. хороший персонал. отличный бассейн. все в отеле продумано до мелочей. респект управляющему отеля.

главный минус отеля - это его местонахождение. находится в каком то гиблом районе. а до нормальных ресторанов и пляжей нужно ехать 20 км. еще один минус - уборка в номере. гель для душа за 2 недели мы так и не дождались. полотенца в номер приносили как попало: то одно, то два.

La vue aurait pu etre parfaite s'il n'y avait pas des constructions devant. Le restaurant qui donne sur le parking est regrettable. La situation très excentrée qui est un problème pour les taxis.

L'hôtel est très joli et agréable. L'environnement est très calme et reposant. L'accueil y est très chaleureux et très professionnel. Les chambres sont parfaites.

Les petits déjeuner auraient pu être plus variés et originaux.

Het hotel is rustig gelegen, is zeer net, prijs/kwaliteit goed, mooie kamers, mooi zwembad, men kan er een scooter huren (300 bath/dag), is wel nodig als men het hotel wil verlaten, hotel is op een hoogte gelegen
