Great location,highly secured,people speaks english good unlike other thailand hotels,excellent spa and pool. The food quality and room dinning was weak and not up to standards.

It is a very good hotel and can't really fault it. There are more luxurious ones but the Conrad for the price is well worthwhile. Usually have to wait a long time for lifts.

Attitude peu commerçante lors d'une demande à la réception d'un changement d'une désignation suer la facture. Facturation en sus pour un invité à l'executive lounge alors que j'occupais seul la chambre. Rapport qualité prix de l'intercontinal et du sofitel de Bangkok bien supérieur au Conrad Oedeurs dans les parties communes à l'étage de la chambre (moquette) Je ne séjournerai pas une nouvelle fois dans cet hôtel
