Very near to airport. Shuttle service worked perfectly. Clean rooms. The restaurant was rubbish. Worst thai food in thailand. They wouldn't put my restaurant bill on my bill of the hotel. Must pay seperatly. |

The transfers to and from the airport were free. Breakfast was inclusive. Price was fair. Room was spacious. Check-in was 24 hours. There was no elevator. It was a little bit noisy in the morning. There was no cubicle for the shower. The resort was in the middle of nowhere (fields). Hotel staff was not that adept with English. Payment has to made first upon checking in. |

Excellent service; convenient, close to airport, attentive staff. Nice hotel; good value for money. Only a suggestion - upon arrival, there is no indication that passengers should meet the hotel transport at Meeting Point #3 at the Bangkok airport. It would be helpful if this information could be included in the hotel website, and it would save time searching for transportation to the hotel upon exiting Customs and Immigration. |
