la navette de l'aeroport a l'hotel et inversement totalement gratuite en 10 minutes !!! parfait pour un transit entre deux avion il est ecarté de tout, dans la campagne |

Personnel très sympathique. Proximité aéroport. Convient bien pour une escale avant / après un vol. Navette à disposition (j'ai appelé l'hôtel en arrivant). La navette était gratuite, je suis arrivée vers 20H. Chambres simples, spacieuses, propres, climatisées. Comptez 45 minutes de taxi pour vous rendre au centre-ville |

Nous avons séjourné environ 4h maxi dans cet hôtel. Compte tenu des conditions de météo, notre vol sur Bangkok a été reporté de 21h à 15h 30 le lendemain, j'ai prévenu l'hôtel pour cet incident, j'ai eu un AR et une acceptation de report d'un jour. Cpdt en arrivant, on nous a ddé une amende imposée = au prix d'une nuit, ensuite, on nous a refusé les petits déjeuners inclus dans le prix. Chambre considérée comme étant "une suite" --> eau fonctionnant à peine et seulement eau froide. Pas de petit déjeuner (départ à 3h 30). |

Stuff was nice, it's near the airport, shuttleservice is excellent and free of charge, rooms are big, price for all this is just perfect, free drinking water we couldn't turn the aircon off |

This hotel is close to the airport, so if you are booked on an early onward flight it is recommendable to stay here for one night. The wake-up call was done punctually. They offer a free shuttle-service from and to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful.We would recommend this hotel to people who have only little time between two flights and do not want to travel the long way to the city centre. For one overnight stay it is okay. The internet site has nothing to do with reality. They show beautiful and cozy rooms which make you think you book into a real 4-stars hotel. However, we got an uncomfortable neonlight room. There was no shower tray, so the water of the shower (above the toilet) ran over the floor into the drain which unfortunately was clogged. Very soon, the whole bathroom was flooded. The sanitary facilities were lax and loose-fitting. The matress was hard as a plank . We thought that all people who stay for one night only get this rooms, the other ones may perhaps receive one of the nice rooms shown on the website. The website should be more realistic and thus more honest. However the price is acceptable. |

This hotel is cheap & close to the airport This hotel was rated as a 3* hotel but was far from that. The facilities were very basic & the food available was very basic considering there was nowhere else to eat nearby. |

This hotel (not resort) is exactly what is says it is. The location is 10 minutes (max) from the aiport, very close. The accommodation was basic but perfectly acceptable for a short overnight stay. The shuttle service took me back to the airport the following morning (included in the price) which was very much appreciated. In short a very "convienient" and value for money option if you are between flights. For what I paid, it exceeded my expectations. It would have been good to have a separate shower area, but i guess that is budget thai style. |

Cheap rate & now good food although far from cheap. I did not like their not showing up at the airport to pick me up as scheduled. My Thai wife called & made the booking & got the pick-up location & when my taxi got to the hotel all 3-vans were just sitting there. In addition my name was on their list for pick up & their receptionist could not find me so her English was very poor. |

As soon as we left the baggage claim area we were met by a rep and shown to the transfer when it had arrived. They also offer both free pick up and return transfer which puts it above a lot of other hotels there. |
