No water in rest room for Muslim people

Great room, excellent location next to the shopping centers and sky train.

Overpriced breakfast and mini-bar

The room was OK. I didnt like the bathroom design that much. The shower room looks more ilke the one in Bangkok Hospital.

I really dont like the security staffs both at the entrance and the parking lot. They were extreamly rude to me and my girlfriend. I know that there are many foreigners who bring hookers into the hotel so the security has to be a bit tight. When my girlfriend first checked in by herself, the security at the entrance asked her whether she has the ID card and asked which room she was going to. It is a normal process when you see hookers step in to your hotel. I know that because I am working in the hotel business. It would have been hell if I was there, trust me. The security at the parking lot also looked at her wired when she was parking her car. I tjink that the hotel should be very careful because this is Thailand and if you are here long enough you know what we can do.

I asked to the concierge to call me a taxi. That's what he did, but the taxi man stole me, he asked me 550 bats to drop me at the airport without putting the counter.... If I do remember well,

1, Located in the city center, close to the shopping centre as well. 2, Very quiet, far away the noising surrounding. 3, Convenient in transportation, the nearest BTS(Skytrain station) only about 150 meters away. 4, Adjacent to the first class hotels, such as Hytta, Four Seasons, Intercontinental. 5, Breakfast is very good, and the price is reasonably low.

TV channel should adequately be added, especially Movie & Financial programme channels. Such as CNBC, HBO, STAR Movie, Cinema. As for chinese channel, suggest adding Phoenix Sattelite Television.

Very good hotel across all dimensions. Large rooms and nice design and decoration. Very high service level of the staff.

Some problems with the internet connection for blackberry. We took two tours during our stay: 1.- Ayuttaha + river boat which was great and 2..- Kachanabury (floating market + river kwai + tiger temple) which was awful. The hotel should not recommend this tour.

From the moment we stepped in the hotel the staff were very courteous. Room was up to our expectation. We will definitely stay thrre again.

I thought the free shuttle can take us to either the cidlom or rachadamri bts. Each time when we wanted to go chidlom, we will be told to walk there. Rachadamri bts have to climb up a flight of stairs which we find very tiring.

Wauter at momo cafe work too slow and not clean the table imidoately after guset leave the table. When they clean the table, we can smell sour smell !

The room is clean, bed is very comfortable, staff is very nice and polite (esp. The staff at the door who drives us to the bts station). Though it is only about 5-8min walk to the bts station, hotel still provides a tuk tuk to fetch hotel guests to the bts station.

A bit small (compared to other hotels in bkk). Though it is about 8min walk to the bts, but still a bit far from what I expected from other comments (but still acceptable)

Hotel, in general, and guest room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Had some trouble with wi-fi connection a couple times but ultimately got it working after front desk staff contacted service provider.
