Courtyard By Marriott Phuket At Surin Beach  

The staff, facilities and price were all excellent. Would recommend staying there.

A little far from Patong, no shopping and very few outside restaurants to choose from.

The best was the hotel staff.

I didn,t like accomondation in 1-st flour.

No value for money !!! Very crouwdy, small swiming pool. Very noisy. Rooms quite small, low sealling and smelling badrooms.... No space. No outside dinning our outside breakfast !!!! Poor quality of food !! On the site the pictures look great, however reality is different.

Staff were friendly, efficient, helpful and accomodating. Kids World had good facilities and programmes. Two water slides at the pool were a hit with our children. Daily poolside grill and happy hour was excellent. Close proximity to lovely beach with clear water and fine sand. Foot and shoe rinsing station at hotel entrance was useful and much needed when returning from the beach. Pool terrace suite slept 2 adults and 4 young children (1 in baby cot) very comfortably, with immediate access to poolside.

Surface of poolside and edges of pool steps were extremely rough, will get cuts and abrasions with the slightest rub. Lack of drying area/racks for wet clothing and bath towels.

Kids everywhere! Really set up for kids, with watersides and a huge breakfast selection to keep anyone happy! Location is perfect with a short walk to a sensational beach. To avoid the crowds a little, better to head left or right to the end if the beach. Staff great, room not bad.

Probably the bathroom could have been more modern. When you enter the hotel it looks edgy, however once you get to the pool and accommodation it is a little lacking. I would not come here as just a couple. Spend a little more somewhere else, but stay in the area as the beach is brilliant. However if you have children, especially around the 4-6yrs, they will have a ball and the parents can have a break!! Lastly, check out restaurant "taste" which is on the burin beach strip, left of catch beach club when facing the water. Awesome food with Australian beef to die for. Anyone from our part of the world will think it is like home!

Staffs are very attentive and have service mind. They always greeting when you pass by and prompt action to your request. Really appreciated!!

Dinner at Mo Mo cafe not much impressed

i stayed n courtyard for 2 nites, the service there is good, and enviroment is good, just match the price, and we r lucky, we booked one room in advance, and when we arrived courtyard, our room was upgraded to suit room, it is really nice to live there, good place to recommand to friends

Surin beach was clean and beautiful. We rented a jeep and everywhere's within 30mins ride. The hotel was very kid friendly and staff were all very friendly and efficient. Pool is not big (or for proper swimming since it's only 1.2m) but adequate since Aug generally is not a peak season and so not overly crowded when we were there. The Spa in the hotel was also not fantastic. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

The Hotel is suitable for people who looking for calm and really chick rest

Очень хороший пляж в 3 минутах хотьбы от отеля. Красивая территория. Тихое место. Вежливый и радушный персонал. Хороший завтрак.

Очень маленькие стандартные номера. Маленький и мелкий бассейн (максимум глубина 1,2 метра). Поблизости мало ресторанов и магазинов.

Nemt at komme til stranden - poolområdet er dejligt og familievenligt

Hotellet er udtjent, i dårlig stand, overpriced, burde have max 2 stjerner - værelserne er ikke hyggelig og med ringe facilliteter - Restauranten fungerer dårligt og morgenbuffeten er kritisabel - folk roder rundt i maden og personalet holder ikke orden i buffen - dårlig engelsk kundskaber gør det vanskeligt at kommunikere med personalet.

Ligger bra nära stranden

För lyhört i rummen, personal som stör tididgt på morgonen. Ingen gratis internet. För dyrt system att köpa, använde man 5 min så fick man betala för en hel timme. För dålig std på rummen för att hålla de priserna.
