The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. We appreciated the general decor and ambience of the hotel, including the tastefully presented 23rd floor lobby.

The gym should be complimentary for all in house guests.

The food was exeptional, but very much for the asian taste, especially japanese and chinese. Rooms were a little small, but very comfortable and the bathroom had an extra shower cabin with rainshower and an electric toilet as you find them in Japan. I hoped for the aigner toiletries, but they were not available anymore and the ones they use I found just ok. Just 2 minutes from the hotel is a local supermarket which is open until midnight. The pool was small but really nice and the whirlpool had really hot water in it, which you usually don't get. Equipment in the gym looked rather old apart from the treatmills. A dry Sauna is there but no steambath which I prefer. Everything is really clean. Staff was quite attentive and respectful, though not all of them friendly and not all were properly trained. It is very close to the train station and easily reachable, since there are several big roads around it (Rama, Silom) luxurious and the food is exactly to my taste. I haven's seen any families with children in the hotel, so I guess it is really more a business hotel than a family hotel.

The only thing was the room which was not so large. After coming from a different hotel we felt so. Though we were on a really high level in the night we could hear some noise from the road which woke us up. That's because those big roads are around the hotel and I would'nt have expected that, it was a bit disturbing and the only thing that would make me decide against the hotel on my next trip. We also couldnt get the twin room we wanted, there was only one smoking room available. I would have thought to get exactly what I booked in such a large hotel, but therefore we got a room on a very high level which was great, so that was not such a big problem.

We liked the secluded, but still very central location of the hotel. It is near to the sky train, the underground, shopping and dining. And the famous Pat Pong night market is just around the corner.

Location and service.

I have never met such courteous, polite and helpful hotel staff. A delight from the moment I arrived until the time I left. I did stay in a club room with a private lounge but the wonderful staff and the location of the hotel just made my two day stay just perfect. I will stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Inexpensive 5-star hotel. All the staff are polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is just right at the center of the city. Night life is just awesome.

Excellent, est le mot qui me semble le mieux convenir pour cet hôtel où nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Chambres luxueuses et spacieuses. Petits déjeuners exceptionnels. Qualité des prestations. Gentillesse, serviabilité et super proffessionalisme de l'équipe... Je ne peux qu'encourager les voyageurs à choisir ce superbe hôtel

Le confort et le luxe de l'hotel, le service très bon et le personnel très souriant et sympathique... La piscine située au 24 ième étage offre une très belle vue sur la ville. Les équipements de l'hotel son d'une très bonne qualité. Le restaurant "Panorama" est magnifique et le service est parfait et la nourriture est très fine...

Les prix des petits déjeuners ne sont pas les mêmes que sur le site mais 900 baht +10% service + 7% tva, au lieu de 800.36 baht, pour une personne... (en executive). L'anglais de certains membre du personnel n'est pas toujours très compréhensible... Dommage qu'il n'y pas de double vitrages dans les chambres, car même en étant au 28 ième étages, on entend pas mal de bruits venant de l'extèrieure...

bel hotel qui demarre au 23 etage,personnel agreable,tres bien situe pres du metro dans un quartier anime,les chambres faites 2 fois par jour etaient confortables ,tres bon rapport qualite prix.

Goede sfeer in het hotel. Personeel is uiterst dienstbaar en verzorgd. Iedereen was erg positief. Wel bij de beverage westerse prijzen, je neemt je niet zo gauw voor om daar een avondje te vertoefen.

Sterke rioollucht op de kamers vooral op de 29e verdieping waar wij zaten.

Geweldige locatie. Prachtig hotel.
