Great hotel in a great location to all the tourist destinations in Bangkok, easy access to the SkyTrain and shopping malls... Hotel is very nice, and hotel staff are exceptional - excellent service and worthy of 5 stars...

We liked the secluded, but still very central location of the hotel. It is near to the sky train, the underground, shopping and dining. And the famous Pat Pong night market is just around the corner.

Its my first time to bkk, had a warm and great welcome by Crown Plaza on the arrival, thank you to Mr Knot, the gro. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, mademour stay very homey. The deluxe room was clean, modern, spacious and very cozy (deluxe one). The staff always strived to perfection to serve us Highly recommended.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. We appreciated the general decor and ambience of the hotel, including the tastefully presented 23rd floor lobby. The gym should be complimentary for all in house guests.

We loved everything, The room was great. So comfortable. Pillows and a bed to die for. The servcie was superb. Cannot be faulted. It was my birthday whilst we wer staying there and a cake was sent up to my room. They really knwo how to look after their guests. Great breakfast buffet & cocktail hour.

With the hotel starting at the 21st floor, you are away forma ll the noise and traffic of Bangkok, plus all rooms have a reasonable view, even if they are of the city skyscape only. An ultra-smooth lift takes you to the 23rd floor lobby. Great location, just a minute away from Silom MRT and the Sala Daeng Skytrain station. Free internet (wireless and broadband) - why don't more high-end hotels do this? Reasonable breakfast, plus a nice touch with freshly baked croissants coming to the table. I think there was low occupancy on the days I was there - which made breakfasts, check in and check out very relaxed and efficient. Nothing really. Just disappointed that the Australia Network channel was not being picked up on the TV.

We really appreciated everything, the bed-room, the confort, silence and specially the superb breakfast. Concerning exactly to the location it seemed to be a little bit out of the center, but in Bangkok, taxi's are very very cheap. We would lke to suggest this hotel to anyone who wishes to have an excellente confort and good price

喜欢酒店的微笑服务、打车都给安排妥当， 本次去住了6晚，总体来说还是不错的，主要是客房服务时候，可能是清洁人员不敢碰客人的东西，一般我丢在那- 边的衣服基本都不动，不会收拾的，晚上去游泳的话，就不会像是白天那样给端水了，基本不管

Le point faible de cet hôtel : le manque de modernité ! Une décoration dépassée. Les chambres ne sont pas jolies. Si vous êtes claustrophobe, oubliez cet hôtel. The weak point of this hotel is the lack of modernity! Outdated decor. The rooms are not pretty. If you are claustrophobic, forget this place.

Excellent, est le mot qui me semble le mieux convenir pour cet hôtel où nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Chambres luxueuses et spacieuses. Petits déjeuners exceptionnels. Qualité des prestations. Gentillesse, serviabilité et super proffessionalisme de l'équipe... Je ne peux qu'encourager les voyageurs à choisir ce superbe hôtel

Ambienti comuni molto ampi e lussuosi, servizio bar e snack in piscina di lusso ed efficiente, per un toast vi apparecchiano un vero tavolo a bordo piscina, prezzi accettabili, piscina carina, panoramica e con jacuzzi riscaldata ( forse troppo ) colazione molto ampia specie per asiatici, buffet enorme e di lusso, ottimo il servizio al tavolo. Capuccino quasi italiano. camera piccola ma comunque dotata di tutti i confort internazionali, anche asse e ferro da stiro. Il mobilio risulta vecchio ed usurato, ma ripeto, il confort non manca ottimo letto ottimi cuscini e lenzuola. Diciamo che è una camera da un 4 stelle un pochino datato, non in linea con il resto dell'hotel

Le confort et le luxe de l'hotel, le service très bon et le personnel très souriant et sympathique... La piscine située au 24 ième étage offre une très belle vue sur la ville. Les équipements de l'hotel son d'une très bonne qualité. Le restaurant "Panorama" est magnifique et le service est parfait et la nourriture est très fine... Les prix des petits déjeuners ne sont pas les mêmes que sur le site mais 900 baht +10% service + 7% tva, au lieu de 800.36 baht, pour une personne... (en executive). L'anglais de certains membre du personnel n'est pas toujours très compréhensible... Dommage qu'il n'y pas de double vitrages dans les chambres, car même en étant au 28 ième étages, on entend pas mal de bruits venant de l'extèrieure...

“The location at the river pier makes transport around part of bangkok extremely easy and is very convenient. The swimming pool on the roof of the hotel is very romantic and exciting place to spend an evening at. Out hotel room was very comfortable, and offered pieceful nights with no noise from the street ( it was the room with north side facing balcony, which rooms are also the cheapest ones). the breakfast was very good and offered rich selection of food, of european as well as Thai style.
