Design from outside large room surveilance cameras, quite a secure place Staff is untrained, short on staff, rooms are extremly dirty and run down, mold in showers, dirt and hairs all around room, photos are available on request. Buffet breakfast constand short on food and had to wait long time to be refilled. Quality of food items compared to star level are far below. Hot food is ok but cold selection needs a lot improvment. Typicaly locally managed and compared to Best Western far below standard. I would never stay there again.

Excellent staff and nice pool. Nice buffet breakfast and perfect timings, all is good there, we stayed for two nights and found no difficulties at all, as we checked in very late and the staff helped us to store our luggages at the cloak room after we checked out till we left Pattaya. I liked everything there

pool am dach, zimmer ok,sogar warmes wasser am waschbecken! frühstücksbuffet bereits nach einer stunde nach beginn tw. ausgebucht,nachschub zögerlich , schmutz am boden.tische werden sehr langsam abgeräumt

Preis/Leistung, Frühstück gut und umfangreich, Frühstück ab 8,30 Uhr zu empfehlen, Vorher werden Busse abgefertigt, Personal freundlich, und zuvorkomment. Ich war zum 2 mal in diesem Hotel. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit waren besser, als 1Jahr zuvor. Sehr schöner sauberer Swimmingpool. Stehts saubere, wohlriechende Handtücher.

其实它的新的那一栋环境还是不错的，游游泳池什么的都有设施也还可以。值得一夸的是酒店的门童很热心服务很- 好， 因为去前台问没有房间了，我就浏览了一下Booking又有，我朋友说住在同一家方便，就让我订了试试，结- 果前台的服务很不好，其实有房间也说什么没有- 房间干嘛要定之类的话，我想说booking上面有房间酒店为什么又说没房间，而且说的是高级双人房，但是- 和我朋友住的就有很大差别。其实一个地方住的- 舒心不很重要的还是看服务，前台的服务水准还比不上门童

装修不错 位置太差，地图上离海滩近，结果那些海滩是度假村的，要走很远才到公共海滩，wifi弱到没有
