The hotel is in a great spot in a quiet lane. It is an easy walk to the town centre, the main night life street, and the night market.
The lock on the door was difficult to operate.
Location very convenient, room and facilities great, breakfast enough, I'd really recommend
wi-fi could be better
Centrally located yet tucked away and quiet. Very helpful staff. Reasonably goof options for us vegetarians. All in all made the Chiang Mai experience memorable. Affordable luxury!
Nothing negative except that the beds had a design defect. We knocked our legs against the protruding base every time we got in or out!
Peaceful location, but close to everything
Very pleasant, convenient location , comfortable bed, well designed room, a city hotel, not a resort.
The staff was very friendly and helpful The room was big beautifully decorated and clean Breakfast was very good and rich. The beds were excellent.
The acoustic in the room was very poor. We could hear people in the corridor and in the room next by
Best coffee I had in Thailand! Beautiful hotel and nice facilities. Good breakfast. And room service is very affordable and delicious. Bathroom was huge and gorgeous. Lastly, nice staff!
Lots of mosquitoes.
The hôtel was on the town, go place. Personnels were Nice Hôtel décoration was nice
Swimming pool always cool because it was always on the shadow. Transfert aéroport et location scooter expensive Room notre very well cleaning Breakfast was not very well
The hotel is located a few steps away from the old city and temples. The room is very big and extremely comfortable and clean. Great modern look. The reception staff is very nice. Fantastic value.
The Wi-fi is very bad and slow. Good english can be an issue at times. Mosquitoes around the reception sometimes.
The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel was close to many landmarks in Chiang mai -- about 7 minutes' walk to Tha Pae Gate, 10 minutes to Warorot Market, 15 minutes to the Night Bazar. Breakfast was good; though the choice was limited, there were fresh vegitable and fruit and omelet and hash brown served to the table.
Lack of a decent pool is certainly a disappointment (Chiang mai in late December was cold to swim though). I think it is a bit pricey as a four-star hotel, but the room was good as five star anyway.
the location is excellent, just a few minutes to the old town, everything is convenient
the beds are very small, cannot suit my 1.9m body
The room.but need to have more out side opitions
Thailand in general and Thai people are lovely and friendly. The temples are beautiful, the food fantastic and overall a great experience.
Very little. The elephant show did not impress. Never saw maltreatment, it just didn't seem right.
The location is good, close to the old city gate.
The breakfast is rather simple comparing to the hotels I've been to in Tailand. Things that a hotel needed are there, but that's it. I'm not impressed to be honest.
Location Size of room Room facilities
Location to go to night market
the hotel is remarkably below of what I expected based on the grade at booking. It is just simple. rooms are not very big and swimingpool is a joke
The staff is friendly. Just walking distance to the sunday n bazzaar night market. Near to old city. Lots of resturants around the area. friend's pub best so far. Nice friendly owner, simple, nice and cheap food.
The hotel room not so well cleaned. Same breakfast everyday
Atmosphere, pool, lobby terrace
Small intimate hotel but perfectly kept with brilliant staff, doesn't seem to be alot of choice of hotels in Chiang Mai so I 100% recommend this one and will stay again.
Pool is under cover so no sun but we went to another hotel with a rooftop pool so not a big deal at all.
Very handy location - close to many interesting tourist spots incl. the Night Bazaar. The staff were wonderful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very good English was spoken by the staff. There is a temple just down the road which is good to visit - one of the many around the area. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and the buffet breakfast was very satisfying. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff can assist you with tour bookings.
Nothing - it was perfect.
Windows are simple all noise from street can be heard in the rooms.
Tucked in a lane but not far from the main street where you can hail a tuk tuk or taxi. Large room but not that 'spacious'!
Breakfast is average. Boiled not fried sausages and ham. But you can order omelett, toast from the waiter.
Really comfortable bed for us to rest, will come back again!
Recommended to change new iron board which was spoilt.
Clean, good location and very central yet located in a quiet street. Easy to get around.
I had trouble getting hot water in the shower. The shower handle is a bit tricky.
