Very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
Swimming pool small, cold & dingy. Wifi very poor/non-existent in room but not quite so bad in reception area
Comfortable environment, attentive service. Nice smile
Style of the hotel Helpful staff Good breakfast
Tiny pool, no gym
Rooms are beautifully designed and the biggest bed I've ever seen. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the public areas were also stunning. Spa massage also recommended. Hotel is very close to Thae Pae gate and Night Market, yet still quiet in the rooms.
Need to show prices including taxes as confusing when presented with food/bar bill.
The staff were so lovely. They could not have done more to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a free dinner during out stay for their celebration. This was very good.
Nothing, our entire stay was perfect.
Close to all the action
Check in was a breeze with the friendly and helpful staff. They promptly arranged for a change of our room after they ascertained that the toilet flush was not working. Breakfast was delicious too! Overall a very pleasant stay.
Friendly and courteous staff. The hotel is well designed - inside the wall, but very quiet. The pool is adequate for a small hotel in Chiang Mai.
Good Staff service Nice Breakfast
Room cleaning late at our arrival.
The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and really could not be bettered. The facilities were very good.
The mattress was too hard, like cardboard. I can sleep anywhere throughout the night, but I woke every two hours with this mattress. Also, although I informed the staff three times, the water from the shower was a brown murky colour and I wasn't happy with it. I couldn't at first work out if it was just the colour of the water in Chiang Mai, but compared to my friends room - where the water was clear and in the same hotel - I'm thinking it was the plumbing
Friendly staff and helpfull
This hotel is too expensive compare to nearby hotel The food is expensive as well. Even spa is expensive.
Great staff and very helpful at all times!. Very beautiful rooms. You cannot miss the spa. Great experience.
Rooms with connecting doors allow noise to filter in.
The staff were very kind and attentive! The room was pretty and bathroom wad huge!! Breakfast was good.
Pool is open so it cannot be used when raining..
Central Chiang Mai, walking distance from everything, nice rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff
closing time of the pool (closes at 7pm)
Good bed and good breakfast
The hotel is becoming old
Good service, very move and careful staff. Nice decoration. Great location and excellent breakfast.
Swimming pool a little bit too small.
Courteous staff were able to advise on where to go what to do and general information about Thailand language and cultural issues
Good location next to the east gate so it's very convenient for the Sunday market. We had to leave early for our flight so the staff prepared us a box-lunch to take with us to the airport. The decorations are great! I loved the Nagas
The breakfast buffet was good but very repetitive as they always put the same food. The bed was very uncomfortable so I woke up every day with the back sore.
we had a coffee in the café at front of hotel everyday for nearly a week due in our opinion was the best coffee in town. the young man on evening shift made the best coffees- and we told him so. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Hello to Patty for practising her English with us.
We have been in Thailand for 3 weeks and realise the beds are hard to sleep on but the beds in the De Naga hotel were not only hard but the springs could be felt as well. Probably we felt the beds should have been a little more comfortable than they were for the cost of the hotel room. We have been staying in 2-3 star guesthouses and hotels so our standards aren't exceptionally high. Solved the problem by sleeping on the doona to make it softer and we slept well. In the big picture its not really a big deal.
Fabulous location near plenty of bars, restaurants, temples and markets, but spacious, tranquil and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, and the outdoor spa pool is delightful.
Buffet breakfast looks impressive but could do with some fresh baguettes & freshly squeezed juice...
Staff were delightful, breakfast offerings were ample, and concierge services for outings were helpful. Excellent overall stay.
The staff are very polite and helpful
The room air conditioner is a bit loud No swimming pool, only a big jacuzzi
