The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good facilities. I had a lovely room that was cleaned daily. I feel it is incredibly good value for money, especially as you pay for the room not per person. Make sure you get a deal that includes breakfast as it is well worth it. Nice, Thai themed hotel in a quiet location, pretty surroundings but easily able to quickly get to the centre of town, nearby shops etc. From the look of Patong resort, this hotel seemed like one of the most aesthetically pleasing. Prices for the restaurant food, although not expensive, was on average more expensive than other food options. This seemed to put people off at lunchtimes and evenings. They do a couple of themed buffets a week, which can be good value if you eat a lot! I must say that i found the in-house band very amusing at first but this quiqly became tedious as they were very karaoke style and sang the same songs every single night....My room overlooked the restaurant! |

Hotel is located at a very quiet place of patong, however, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to all the excitement. Room (garden wing) is clean and comfort, staff are polite, and they serve good breakfast. I highly recommend deevana patong resort & spa. I will definitely go back again. The bed is very hard. |

- The front desk service is appalling - there is no true management / leadership. - No ready transportation- you have to walk 100m for a taxi? |

Very calm location, once inside you would not think to be at the center of Patong. Information about internet/WIFI availability in rooms could be more precise. WIFI seems to work only from the lobby and restaurant area. |

The staff at Deevana is very nice and they make you feel comfortable from day one in welcoming you. The rooms are very clean with all amenities one is used to from good hotels like TV, balcony, safe, tea/coffee, minibar, etc. |

We really enjoyed the poolside service. The Resort is right in the middle of the nightlife of Patong and only a quick walk to the markets and nightlife. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The massage room is magnificent. The gardenview rooms that we stayed in were basic but comfortable with all the things you need. |

There where no disturbing noise in the night expects from animals, but that does not really disturb. Nice and clean swimming poll area. 2 bottles of water was included every day in room rate. It was not possible to extend my stay without booking at booking.com again to get the low internet rate and then waiting until the hotel received the order. They did not accept a verbal extension. I think it was quite bureaucratic. The breakfast was good but the juice was too sweet and probably very little fruit content. In a country with a lot of fruits you would expect that to be better. |

The room was immaculate upon checking in. Towels were made into swams on the bed and the view from the room was awesome. The private jacuzzis are not so private as they are right next to the pool but it was still a very nice addition. The staff was extremely kind. |

We stayed at the Deevana last year and were so pleased with the lovely surroundings, charming and attentive staff and quiet but convenient location, we decided we wanted to enjoy the comfort on this visit also. Our only negative observations were at breakfast the coffee was too strong and bitter and the tea was too weak. One of our group stayed in one of the garden rooms and found the air conditioning a bit noisy. |

Close to the beach We were first booked into one of the garden rooms but had to upgrade as the room was dingy and old fashioned. The superior room we upgraded to was perfect. It cost us an extra 800 baht per night. One piece of advice, don't book a standard garden room. |

The guest relations manager was indeed lovely and helpful - only person you can communicate with in English. Foot massage at 400B was lovely. A bit overpriced for oil massage at 800-900B, however. Nice entry. Good, adequate breakfast with Asian "boiling rice" with condiments. Being Asian myself, I did not think the Thai hotel staff were as friendly as to other EU/US/Aust guests?? Upon check-in one has to pay in full. I had not stayed in a hotel where it had us pay in full at check-in, so this was a bit of surprise. Hotel staff at the front desk could not speak or understand English very well. The junior suite we book at a rate of $150 was not worth it. You could do much better for $150/nt in Thailand. The bathtub and shower stall was covered by mold. |
