Destination Surin Resort and Spa ( Formally known as Courtyard By Marriott Phuket At Surin Beach)  

The perfect hotel for kids, comfortable, lovey design and away from the noisy Patong. Staff helpful. Breakfast is good and varied. The day trip to the Phi Phi Islands is a must.

Not really a real beach hotel, as you still have to walk to the beach for five minutes. Surin beach is not as lovely as in the pictures. The sand is dirty to some extent and the beach is crowded with sun umbrellas. You do not even see the beach.

The best was the hotel staff.

I didn,t like accomondation in 1-st flour.

No value for money !!! Very crouwdy, small swiming pool. Very noisy. Rooms quite small, low sealling and smelling badrooms.... No space. No outside dinning our outside breakfast !!!! Poor quality of food !! On the site the pictures look great, however reality is different.

Staff were friendly, efficient, helpful and accomodating. Kids World had good facilities and programmes. Two water slides at the pool were a hit with our children. Daily poolside grill and happy hour was excellent. Close proximity to lovely beach with clear water and fine sand. Foot and shoe rinsing station at hotel entrance was useful and much needed when returning from the beach. Pool terrace suite slept 2 adults and 4 young children (1 in baby cot) very comfortably, with immediate access to poolside.

Surface of poolside and edges of pool steps were extremely rough, will get cuts and abrasions with the slightest rub. Lack of drying area/racks for wet clothing and bath towels.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional, the hotel design and cleaness. The most wonderful for the kids was the pool slides and the kids world, they had new friends and wonderful time. Surely i highly recommend courtyard

- the internet access via the desktop in the lobby must be free also the printing for sure for a limit. - the choices at momo coffee could be more various.

We liked the bed very much and the service from the staff which were very professional, happy and entertaining.

The tiles in the bathroom we believed have earned there years of service and might be consider for changing, this compared to the hotels next to marriott at Surin beach. This is a honest opinion and is easy to verify.

It was quite far from patong

Хороший отель, от аэропорта 30 мин на такси. территория отеля хорошая, на 5 * номера простоваты- ну наверно из-за них у отеля и 4*. отличные завтраки, очень много фруктов (арбуз, дыня, банан,мандарины,гуава,лонган,папая) каждый день, соки, много выпечки и всего-всего! на территории есть отличный детский клуб - большой - здание 2 этажа. очень хорошая зона отдыха, отличный бар - вечером счастливые час и все напитки со скидкой 50% (очень приятно :) ) пляж отличный, правда все лежаки платные - 1 шт 100 руб. в отеле очень много маленьких детей -от года и дальше. персонал обожает детей, все с ними играют. и вообще персонал очень-очень- они искренне вежливые, всегда помогут . у отеля всегда стоят таксисты- уехать можно куда угодно и когда угодно wi-fi на территории бесплатный. по тв один русский канал. берут депозит 5000 бат, маленькую кроватку для ребенка двух лет дали бесплатно

Очень медленный интернет, в номерах wi-fi вообще нет, только проводной- проводным не пользовались. в номерах стандарт нет ванны - только душ. На территории нет для детей ничего кроме детского клуба, а он закрывается в 21:00, было бы не плохо если бы поставили детскую площадку на улицы..но увы, пока нет. и в общем конечно пляж Сурин дороже всех остальных (пример - суп 150, а везде 70-80, массаж 400, везде 300), но он того стоит, тишина, уединение, нет шума и в тоже время не совсем глухо - есть магазины, рестораны

Очень хороший пляж в 3 минутах хотьбы от отеля. Красивая территория. Тихое место. Вежливый и радушный персонал. Хороший завтрак.

Очень маленькие стандартные номера. Маленький и мелкий бассейн (максимум глубина 1,2 метра). Поблизости мало ресторанов и магазинов.

tesis çok güzel fakat merkeze çok uzak, ulaşım çok pahalı, plaja gitmek için yürümek gerekiyor.

Surin beach was clean and beautiful. We rented a jeep and everywhere's within 30mins ride. The hotel was very kid friendly and staff were all very friendly and efficient. Pool is not big (or for proper swimming since it's only 1.2m) but adequate since Aug generally is not a peak season and so not overly crowded when we were there. The Spa in the hotel was also not fantastic. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!
