Villa oli Luksusta,samoin ravintola palvelut kuin muukin.

Perhehuoneisto oli upea. Ruoka Terrace ravintolassa mahtavaa. Erittäin kattavat palvelut.

Uimaaltaiden vesi likaista ja pääallas oudossa paikassa. Henkilökunta aika kypsän oloista ainakin loppukaudesta kun olimme siellä eli palvelu hitaanlaista.

We loved our Villa, the pool and outdoor bathroom was the best of it all and everything was private and so close to the beach. We also liked the that it was so close the beach and the local experience was amazing...not as busy and noisy as Patong. Thank you :-)

The facilties, the location and the staff.

It's very nice calm place. The beach and the sea was wonderful.

Upscale accommodations without pretentiousness. 2 bedroom apartment size room was great.

The room service and drinks are well priced and are ok quality. That's it!!!

It's cheaper then other 5 stars for a reason!! We left early and went to the sala phuket which is a 5 star in every sense. If your backpacking and want a treat or on a real budget and want to tell your friends your staying at a 5 star book this. As long as your happy with a 3 star when you get there. Staff unhappy, rude, demoralised and need a kick up the bum.

Really beautiful room, seriously exceptional. I have stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world and the room here would rate right up there with the best of them.

Have to cross the street to get to the beach, though there is very little traffic. The hotel is a connected with some sort of apartment/condo thing. Though the condos seem fine they do bring down the overall resort experience.

Location is very good goodT the hotel is in the fishing village, close to the seaside restaurants, which are the best place to enjoy sunset and fresh meal (fish). The hotel is in the national park and if you walk 20- 30 minutes along the beach towards the airport, you will enjoy one of the best beaches in Phuket Not many Russians in the hotel. Staff speaks good English Green territory

Beach was clean and national park nearby is good for a stroll.

Mosquitoes everywhere! Very poor food selection during breakfast and in general. Restaurant is sooo small, some guests had to wait for tables during breakfast. Slow room service and housekeeping. Had to call several times for plates to be removed or towels to be delivered. Isn't 5* it claims to be. Quite far from all attractions and you have to cross a road to get to the beach. Beach lounge closes at 5.30pm, way too early.

Very nice beach with turquoise and hot water. Rooms are spacious.

Our stay was really spoiled by the taxi cartel in Phuket (a trip of 10 kms costs you 20 usd). The hotel staff did not manage (or did not want?) to book us a metered taxi and told us it is normal to pay such a ridiculous price... This was very annoying as this hotel is far from everything (except the airport). In addition this is not 5* but 4* hotel as indicated on booking.com.

Nice bungalows right near the beach with excellent spa and massage, located near the village where you can find local food and massage at very good cost and compare :) The beach and the sea are perfect - quit, warm and not crowded

Small resort close to the airport and right across the road from a good beach with beach bars and restaurants a few hundred meters away. Although close to the airport, and we could see the planes, we weren't bothered by aircraft noise. Nice, well maintained grounds. Having 2 pools in quite a small resort was nice.

Staff not able to fix a small problem with our room, and didn't communicate well - we were told the problem was fixed but it wasn't. Lighting in room very poor - nice for a romantic atmosphere but annoying when looking for things or packing up to leave. We had a pool villa and spent a lot of time there. Room service typically didn't happen till 4pm so our room wasn't cleaned, nor toiletries/water etc replaced for most of the day. Not a big issue but the hotel could have given a better impression by attending to small details such as these.

Free upgrade to a villa.

The toilet in the villa was very basic but the rest was superb.

This was a great location very close to the airport. We were upgraded to a private pool villa which way exceeded our expectations. I travel a lot and this must be one of my most memorable stays. Only wished I had known about how good this hotel was and we would have stayed longer. The nearby village is the real Thailand, just how I love it. No over development tourist dive here!

The rooms were nice with a private pool. Its a honey moon and family hotel.

The shower was outside the room and it might be seen for some rooms from the building next to the hotel.

To far from anything to do, sounded great on the site but was a let down

Villa-rooms was really great. I like it indeed. Hotel is placed on big territory and very silent. 2 mins walking to the beach, close to the reastaurant- bar area (5 mins walk). I will definitely return to this hotel. Food is twice expensive in compare to the beach restaurants and bars but it was ok for me :)
