Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä koko matkan ajan. Huoneet olivat kauniisti sisustettuja ja siivous tapahtui joka päivä. Uima-allasalue oli viihtyisä ja merenranta aivan kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellilta löytyi myös oma spa, josta pidin. Hotellissa oli saatavilla pesulapalvelut, joita pitkän loman aikana käytin parikin kertaa. Hotellista oli myös aina saatavilla taksi käyttöön edulliseen hintaan.

Hotellissa internetin käytöstä piti maksaa!! Suihkut olivat pitkille ihmisille turhan alhaalla, eikä niitä voinut säätää. Sänkyjen patjat olivat erittäin kovia!!

Uima-allas (tai oikeastaan kaksi) olivat loistavia. Aamupala hintaansa nähden ok ja henkilökunta ystävällistä, ravintola ok.

Suihkun vedenpaine oli todella pieni. Huone hitusen nuhjuinen. Kyydintarjoajat rasittavia.

Hyvästä palvelusta ja erittäin ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta. Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää ja suhteellisen edullista. Hotellista löytyy monenmoisia palveluita ja on muutenkin todella monipuolinen rentoutumiskohde.

Erittän miellyttävä ympäristö ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneet hieman kuluneet, mutta muutoin kaikki ok. Aamupala todella runsas ja monipuolinen. Rentotunnelma. Yleisilmeeltään miellyttävä ja siisti.

Ärsyttävää oli hotellin respanedessä olleet henkilöt jotka kyselivätärhäkkään aktiivisesti ja jatkuvasti Where are you going ?. Pyrkien myymään taksimatkoja. Koimme mieheni kanssa ärsyttävänä selitellä minne ollaan menossa ja miksi. Olisi hyvä, jos eivät kyselisi, sillävieraiden tulot ja menot eivät heille kuulu.

The location was ideal, the staff were friendly and very helpfull overall a good Hotel.

One fault was the air conditioning which is outdated and inadequate this was not only in our room but on speaking to other guests they were of the same opinion

Staff at the bar and staff who drove the buggy were very nice and friendly.

At the end of the stay when we check-out, this lady at the reception together with the house-keeping who checked our rooms accused us of taking food from the mini-bar which we didnt. They didnt apologise when they made a mistake, and if we were so hard up to take their food from the mini bar we wouldn't have bought free beers and gave tips to the staff who provided good service. We had 2 rooms, and they accused us of taking the same stuff from both rooms, how can that be possible? Our guess is, that chocolate bar wasn't in the mini bar in the first place. Well, lesson learnt, to check the mini bar at the start of the stay to ensure all the food are there.

Nice hotel, close to the beaches (Karon and Kata), friendly staff and good spa center with reasonable prices.

Ok ; good value for money => like a luxurious hotel with acceptable prices. Plus, the hotel is just between kata and karon beaches, that you can join by feet (or by taxi for 1 euro), and just in front of the Zoo/Jungle bar you have to go //

The staff were fantastic. It was our wedding anniversary and the decoration on the bed when we arrived was unbelievable. We were also upgraded without being asked.

The spa was very expensive.

My children liked the swimming pool in the hotel and we liked your breakfast and the view of the hotel.

Yes, the aircondition was very bad as it was always hot and we could not leave it open when we leave the room, the attitude of some of the receptionest staff was bad, there was a lot of insect which affect our body.
