Hôtel très bien situé entre les plages de Kata et Karon.Très bonne idée la chambre avec accès direct à la piscine. Très bon buffet du petit déjeuner. |

Situation centrale dans le village , tout en etant au calme et pas tres loin à pied de la mer . Chambre spacieuse . Grosse déclivité du terrain . Pas genant pour nous mais peut etre pas l ideal si couple avec enfant en bas age ou personne ayant des difficultés à marcher . Quand on est "en haut" du terrain cela equivaut à un sixieme etage sans ascenseur. |

Jolies chambres, petit déjeuner correct. Malgrés le prix des chambres l'hôtel ne fait aucun cadeau: facture de 54 bath pour un coup de fil passé par la réception et l'hôtel voulait nous facturer une cuillère qui manquait dans la chambre (tombée derrière un meuble) lors du check-out. Pas recommandé pour handicapés (beaucoup à marcher et très pentu et escaliers). |

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. 2 belles piscines très bien aménagées. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité sous forme de buffet. Large choix de plats à prix relativement démocratique dans le restaurant de l'hotel ou au pool bar ou en room service. Personnel sympathique. Le niveau du personnel en anglais n'est pas toujours suffisant mais en insistant il y a toujours moyen de se faire comprendre. Certaines chambres dans la partie arrière de l' hotel nécessite de monter de nombreux escaliers. |

-1)Un litre d'eau offert par jour dans les chambres -2)Proximité des restaurants, des boutiques de souvenirs et des salons de massage (White House Inn pour 300 baht au lieu de 1800 à 3000 à l'hotel -3)Hotel calme 1) l'entretien du sol (restau hotel) avec des solvants ne doit pas se faire durant les heures de repas!!! 2) accès hotel difficile pour les personnes (agées ou pour parents avec enfants en bas âge) 3) la plage est à 8-15 mn de marche 4) propreté des chambres insuffisantes 5) piscine pas assez propre (pas de filtrage; feuilles, insectes morts et autre dans l'eau) 6) le personnel de l'hotel a un... |

L'hôtel n'est pas en bord de plage mais à env. 4-5 minutes à pied aussi bien de la plage de Kata que de celle de Karon, il est aussi en plein centre de Karon mais en hauteur, ce qui en fait un hôtel calme tout de même. Le seul tout petit défaut que nous avons trouvé à l'hôtel est le bruit dès 7h le matin (autres clients qui claquent les portes, femmes de ménage) mais l'hôtel n'y peu vraiment rien |

Cet hotel est a la fois tranquille et bien situe il permet de sortir sans avoir besoin d un moyen de transport . le personnel est charmant et attentionne |

The location was ideal, the staff were friendly and very helpfull overall a good Hotel. One fault was the air conditioning which is outdated and inadequate this was not only in our room but on speaking to other guests they were of the same opinion |

Staff at the bar and staff who drove the buggy were very nice and friendly. At the end of the stay when we check-out, this lady at the reception together with the house-keeping who checked our rooms accused us of taking food from the mini-bar which we didnt. They didnt apologise when they made a mistake, and if we were so hard up to take their food from the mini bar we wouldn't have bought free beers and gave tips to the staff who provided good service. We had 2 rooms, and they accused us of taking the same stuff from both rooms, how can that be possible? Our guess is, that chocolate bar wasn't in the mini bar in the first place. Well, lesson learnt, to check the mini bar at the start of the stay to ensure all the food are there. |

Pool, Room, location, breakfast buffet to suit all tastes, but jams and juices were very sweet. Would recomend if cheaper than 1500 baht a double. Staff weren't very friendly and ignored us, but got friendlier as the days went on. Had to book for jaquzzi and massage even though empty at the time we wanted to use it. |

The place is so quite, but a bit far away to get the center of interest. The cleanliness is very poor. You have to asked then they just served you. |

Ok ; good value for money => like a luxurious hotel with acceptable prices. Plus, the hotel is just between kata and karon beaches, that you can join by feet (or by taxi for 1 euro), and just in front of the Zoo/Jungle bar you have to go // |

The staff were fantastic. It was our wedding anniversary and the decoration on the bed when we arrived was unbelievable. We were also upgraded without being asked. The spa was very expensive. |

My children liked the swimming pool in the hotel and we liked your breakfast and the view of the hotel. Yes, the aircondition was very bad as it was always hot and we could not leave it open when we leave the room, the attitude of some of the receptionest staff was bad, there was a lot of insect which affect our body. |

I liked the nice treatment of the staff although mostly they don't know English well .. However most of what I like & selected it for is the Delux room with Pool Access & Balcony Staff not well educated, can't deal with tourist easily, and don't have enough knowledge about the area their hotel located at. Electricity has gone from the hotel two time due to heavy rain, but they claimed the whole area was! however, I didn't like the situation .. and the hotel is a bit far from activity area & restaurants specially for those whom have specific type of foods (no Thai / no Europe) -Muslim / Jewish / Indian ... etc- |

The hotel was fantastic! We were upgraded upon our arrival and had a large room with great pool view. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. It would be nice if it was closer to the beach.. Karon Beach is a quiet area but it was a good breather in the middle of our holiday! |
