Hi, I have been by myself, but I was as welcome as anyone else, there was a privacy respected, very good service, friendly approach but professional, so everyone could do what you like. There was no influence to use your other services, if you like you could if no there was also good, like travel agency, spa, massage or taxi. I like the location, close to the city and the beaches were in walking distance. I did what I planed and more. I had a very good time and felt safe in your care. Good value for money. Thank you. Too many rooms in such a small resort. Breakfast was too busy and the staff were overwhelmed by the people which made the service worse and the experience became a negative one. Also the hotel is a lottery as to which part you stayed in.

Very traditional/authentic layout of hotel and room decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Two pools to choose. Cheap minibar and laundry service available.

350 baht for Internet, should be free for a hotel of this size.

Personnel is vey friendly and helpful, trying to solve any problem you may have. Nice swimming pool, good meals and absolutely suitable location for those who want get either to Kata or Karon beach.You are not going to be boring in the evening due to location as you have many places to dine nt far from the hotel.They have good travel agency right at the hotel and we good perfect low price for getting to Semiliani better than at any other same agencies around the city. Actually I am absolutely satisfied with everything and don't regret we stayed there!

The Staff were very friendly always very helpful .The rooms were spacious and always kept clean.The bedding and towels were changed every day .The hotel was convenient for bars,restaurants and shopping.It was a short walk to the beach but there was always a Tuk Tuk outside the hotel to take you anywhere you wanted to go.We really enjoyed our stay at the Diamond Cottage .

There was a small incline to our rooms but there was always someone to take us up in a golf buggy.

Convenient location and very helpful staff. Travel and tour arrangements were easily organised and agent happy to respond to changes and concerns.

Kind staff, very nice structure and the best position for kata and karon Beaches (max 10 minutes walking both!!!), and to visit all of Phuket (including Phi Phi Island trip). Wonderful room position pool view tird floor.

I didn't have for 2 hours (before dinner!!!) water to have a shower.

Nice hotel, great value for money, good food, friendly staff.

Renovation work was going on in the room next door which was noisy and smelly. We complained and were upgraded and given free spa tratments as an apology. Better planning would have put us in a different room to start with.

The Staff are very friendly and it close to the beach.

you only get a total of 2 set of towels "1 for shower and 1 for swimming pool area" in a 2 night 3 day stay?

for the price we paid for the night 9900bhats per night you would expect one of the beter rooms didnt have a balcony could open curtains as opened up onto everybody by the pool would say we were placed in the budget backpackers room and it wasnt exemptable

Good value of money, Near to beach and design is really amazing..

It was cheap and in a good location and quite modern for the price

That the pool closed at 7pm in the evening and that the internet was so far away from the reception so when you want to purchase credit, it was an inconvenient walk also that the jacuzzi use is not advertised yet there was one there and it was free. Also there is only one selection of breakfst cereal
