Diamond Cottage Resort & Spa  

The Resort was in an excellent location close to shops,restaurants and both Kata and Karon beaches. It was very good value for money.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay there were a few things that I feel needs to be mentioned. The house keeping was fairly poor. We were only given soap once the whole stay after 4 days we rang and asked for more and didn't get any after that. We were there for 9 nights.

only the area was ok, nothing else.

terrible staff, no English at all, they did not understand a simple word. they were also rude. the rooms were located on top of the hill, and late at night they were not providing us with club cars. we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, our glasses, cups etc, were never changed during this time.the house keepers never changed the wet towels, and when we were complaing, they said the you need to ask us to change the towels & bed sheets. but this is a normal procedure in every hotel. the swiming pool was horrible, it was built only for children, and very dirty & small.there was not enough parking space, so we had to take the car up next to our room, so a little accident happened to us. this was a 3 star hotel.

2 young couples and 2 other friends all stayed at this hotel over Christmas for 8 nights.... The staff were all amazing, super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable... The location is perfect... Right in the middle of karon and kata and just a short drive to patong. The hotel itself is clean and the pool and other facilities are great. We were upgraded from the spa wing to the newer wing on arrival, and as we had booked 2 rooms together they offered us the emerald suite, which was basically 2 rooms joined by a common lounge/ dining area with a balcony the width of the pool. This was excellent as we still had our own bathrooms, tvs etc but could share a kitchen and lounge adding extra space! I would most Definitly recommend this hotel to family and friends! Also - the gala dinner on Christmas eve was so much fun!!! The food was beyond amazing, music and show was great! We didn't expect much but were more than impressed... And met some great people!

As with most of thaialnd... The beds were hard, but asking for extra padding helps :)!

Personnel is vey friendly and helpful, trying to solve any problem you may have. Nice swimming pool, good meals and absolutely suitable location for those who want get either to Kata or Karon beach.You are not going to be boring in the evening due to location as you have many places to dine nt far from the hotel.They have good travel agency right at the hotel and we good perfect low price for getting to Semiliani better than at any other same agencies around the city. Actually I am absolutely satisfied with everything and don't regret we stayed there!

Nice hotel, great value for money, good food, friendly staff.

Renovation work was going on in the room next door which was noisy and smelly. We complained and were upgraded and given free spa tratments as an apology. Better planning would have put us in a different room to start with.

the room was comfortable and the pool beautiful and clean.

Rooms are so beautiful, great swimming pools

Staff are horrible, they have an attitude problem, and the hotel needs a bodybuilders to stay at it, cause it is designed on a high hill that needs climbing up and down to reach the rooms, which is too tiry...simply not applicable for old people or family with babies or toddlers.

The Staff were very friendly always very helpful .The rooms were spacious and always kept clean.The bedding and towels were changed every day .The hotel was convenient for bars,restaurants and shopping.It was a short walk to the beach but there was always a Tuk Tuk outside the hotel to take you anywhere you wanted to go.We really enjoyed our stay at the Diamond Cottage .

There was a small incline to our rooms but there was always someone to take us up in a golf buggy.

понравилось расположение отеля между двумя пляжами. за 5 минут можно дойти до каты и до карона. территория отеля небольшая, но достаточная. везде очень красиво, но нужно быть готовым подниматься в горку или просить персонал вас подвезти. около отеля всегда стоит тук-тук и такси. персонал очень приветливый, английский, в целом, понимают. порадовало, что никаких насекомых в номере не было. редко 1-2 комарика. по телевизору можно было смотреть 3 русских канала. на территории отеля 2 ресторана, 4 бассейна (один детский) и, конечно, спа. глядя на другие отели поблизости, наш был очень даже ничего.

сразу после заселения обнаружили неработающий душ, засоренную раковину, отсутствие фена и грязные полы. сообщили об этом персоналу - душ и раковину исправили в течение получаса. фен принесли новый. а вот полы плохо подметали все время. постоянно оставались волосы и прочий мелкий мусор на полу. к слову, убиралась у нас девушка в положении на большом сроке. так что претензий мы никаких не предъявляли. полотенца меняли не каждый день, проще было самим подойти к уборщице и поменять на чистые. иногда отключали электричество, но в ванной свет был всегда (запасной генератор, видимо). в целом, все это мелочи и нам больших неудобств недоставили.

L'hôtel est sympa, nous y avons séjourner en famille, 3 couples avec mes enfants et notre maman, tous assez jeunes. 3 jolies piscines agréables, et 2 bassins pour les enfants avec plein de jeux donc super. Le petit déjeuner copieux et le personnel à l'écoute. J'ai apprécier la superficie des chambres (spacieuses) et des balcons avec vue sur la piscine. éQuipement de la chambre correct

Nous avions un bébé de 2 mois et un autre de 18 mois donc 2 poussettes et nos chambres étaient dans l'aile droite sans ascenseur, inadmissible, beaucoup trop de marches, des pentes abruptes, très fatiguant de circuler dans l'hôtel. Dommage que les chambres se dégradent, les joints de toutes nos salles de bain étaient noir de moisissure et des fuites. Hotel un peu en retrait de la plage, plutôt à la sortie de karon et l'entree de Kata. Check out à 12h, or le dernier jour ma fille faisant la sieste, j'ai demandé à rester juste une demi heure de plus et j'ai eu un refus catégorique, je trouve cela inhumain, j'ai du la réveille.

感觉非常好的酒店，不管是标间还是总统套房，都很令人满意，价格也很适中。但是总统套房可能很久没有人住，- 刚开进去的时候有点点味道，通风后就好了。。而且正对着泳池，感觉超棒！！ 酒店的SPA和餐厅都很nice，3餐都在酒店吃也不觉得腻呢。。就是spa的营业时间点比较尴尬，从早上- 10点到晚上7点而已。。
