Вполне приличный отель и недорогой по деньгам. Расположен между Катой бич и Карой бич. Причем на Кате с той стороны где не так много народу. |

Не очень повезло с погодой - на пляже купаться было сложно - поэтому основное время проводили в бассейне. Он там шикарный, но неглубокий - всего 1,4 метра. Очень спокойный отель для семейного отдыха. Молодежи пожалуй только компанией будет нескучно. Ну и как все писали нету сейфа (по крайней мере в старом корпусе) сейф |

Отзывчивый персонал гостиницы, быстро отремонтировали неработающий кондиционер, вокруг располагается много закусочных, магазинов, ателье, правда пляж все же мог бы быть поближе |

очень красивый отель расположен на холме в тишине вдали от проезжей части в тоже время находится в 10 мин от моря немного сыро в номере туры предложенные вгостиннице намного дороже чем в агенстве в 2 мин от гостинницы |

К сожалению при бронировании отели не читают строчку комментарии.Я указывал дополнительные требования к номеру -просил поставить ребенку дополнительную кровать в номере. Нам пришлось показывать свои комментарии и ждать подготовку номера. хотя мы указывали время раннего заезда и раннего выезда из отеля. |

Понравилось расположение отеля, несмотря на то, что он расположен в некотором удлении от моря. Прекрасная территория, внешний вид отеля и номеров, любезный персонал, хорошее питание. Отель подходит и молодым парам, и пожилым. Хотелось бы им пожелать вывести муравьев. Персонал англоговорящий. |

The location was ideal, the staff were friendly and very helpfull overall a good Hotel. One fault was the air conditioning which is outdated and inadequate this was not only in our room but on speaking to other guests they were of the same opinion |

Staff at the bar and staff who drove the buggy were very nice and friendly. At the end of the stay when we check-out, this lady at the reception together with the house-keeping who checked our rooms accused us of taking food from the mini-bar which we didnt. They didnt apologise when they made a mistake, and if we were so hard up to take their food from the mini bar we wouldn't have bought free beers and gave tips to the staff who provided good service. We had 2 rooms, and they accused us of taking the same stuff from both rooms, how can that be possible? Our guess is, that chocolate bar wasn't in the mini bar in the first place. Well, lesson learnt, to check the mini bar at the start of the stay to ensure all the food are there. |

Pool, Room, location, breakfast buffet to suit all tastes, but jams and juices were very sweet. Would recomend if cheaper than 1500 baht a double. Staff weren't very friendly and ignored us, but got friendlier as the days went on. Had to book for jaquzzi and massage even though empty at the time we wanted to use it. |

The place is so quite, but a bit far away to get the center of interest. The cleanliness is very poor. You have to asked then they just served you. |

Ok ; good value for money => like a luxurious hotel with acceptable prices. Plus, the hotel is just between kata and karon beaches, that you can join by feet (or by taxi for 1 euro), and just in front of the Zoo/Jungle bar you have to go // |

The staff were fantastic. It was our wedding anniversary and the decoration on the bed when we arrived was unbelievable. We were also upgraded without being asked. The spa was very expensive. |

My children liked the swimming pool in the hotel and we liked your breakfast and the view of the hotel. Yes, the aircondition was very bad as it was always hot and we could not leave it open when we leave the room, the attitude of some of the receptionest staff was bad, there was a lot of insect which affect our body. |

I liked the nice treatment of the staff although mostly they don't know English well .. However most of what I like & selected it for is the Delux room with Pool Access & Balcony Staff not well educated, can't deal with tourist easily, and don't have enough knowledge about the area their hotel located at. Electricity has gone from the hotel two time due to heavy rain, but they claimed the whole area was! however, I didn't like the situation .. and the hotel is a bit far from activity area & restaurants specially for those whom have specific type of foods (no Thai / no Europe) -Muslim / Jewish / Indian ... etc- |

The hotel was fantastic! We were upgraded upon our arrival and had a large room with great pool view. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. It would be nice if it was closer to the beach.. Karon Beach is a quiet area but it was a good breather in the middle of our holiday! |
