The location was good as it was a short walk away from the main streets but was far enough away so you didn't get any noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The mattress was very hard! Only one English-speaking TV channel. |

Extremely noisy hotel, we booked the suite and left after just one night, noise from main road just metres away is constant all nuight. |

the hotel staff were very nice and easy to talk to. the room was not very clean. there were some small cockroaches in the bathroom and one in the bed! had to pay for wifi connection. |

The staff were really helpful They say there is a lift but the lift runs from the 2nd floor (up 2 flights of stairs) and ends a few flights before the hot tub on the roof |

Good value for the money. It cost 1200 BHT for 2 persons for 1 night. Breakfast is relative expensive 150 BHT per person and is of poor quality. |

It was not expensive and the location is nice. We booked a cheap room, so maybe there are better ones. Our sheets were not clean, but were changed right away when complained. There was no window in the room. |

Small room but with very smart solutions and nicely decorated. Good location very close to the back packer district, but not in the middle of it. Very noisy ac just outside the window, like sleeping next to a bus/truck. Very hard bed. |

Staff was Excellent and very helpful. Rooms are very clean even small but it is well designed and have all facilities.Very good location near Khao San road.It is a 3 stars hotel facilities with 5 stars services Level. They have perfect kitchen with nice food and with reasonable prices. |

The jaccuzi was great, a real nice place to relax after a day in rushing Bangkok. Then also the rooms were net and proper, and the personal was very helpful and polite. |

The service rendered was excellent. 1) The room was too small. There were two with only two suitcase and yet we could not locate any place to put our luggage. 2) The bed was too hard. 3) It is not situated near the main area of Khao Sun. Gotta walk for about 10mins to reach there. |

Diamond House was fantastic! Very clean, quite cozy and friendly atmosphere. The staff were so helpful and nice to deal with. The rooms were on the smaller side but clean and nice. The location is excellent if you want the ko sahn road experience but not the noise. It would be nice if breakfast was included but it wasn't a big deal. |

A home away from home, as it is small and cosy and each room has its particulars. Something the larger hotels loose with their standardization. Rooms on lower floors facing the street are noisy as can be. Best is to go for the more expensive ones as these are in the back. |

A mid-level backpackers/frugal tourist budget hotel, clean, friendly staff and good value for your money. Lending library much appreciated! Curious tap fixtures. I moved into this hotel following a week at a five star hotel - so there was a certain change in facilities! Get at least the mid-rate room if you need to have a writing place in your room. |

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a very convenient position close to bars and restaurants, yet not right in the middle of it. Our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet. The hotel had a nice welcoming feel to it and was well-designed. The rooms were very small, a bit dark and the bed was a little bit hard. |
