Nice location near the water. Good restaurant. Large, clean rooms. We paid for breakfast every day, but they did not have an alternative option when we had to leave earlier than breakfast was served one morning. |

the food and the staff at the restaurant customer service very poor and not bothered as it was not peak season yet (that's what the manager told me when i asked why the thai massage on site was not available), shower not working properly, no complimentary toiletries nor minibar as stated, not at all what it looks like in the photos!!!!! very disappointing! |

L arrivee tres originale, la suberbe plage de Railay. Personnel non souriant et presque moqueur. Manque de tout dans les chambres, telecommande, eau. |

La posizione è ottima, una discreta colazione internazionale.rapporto qualità-prezzo buono anche perchè è tra i piu economici del resto dei resort in quella determinata zona. il personale non qualificato e poco disponibile e che non parlava quasi per nulla l'inglese;l'arredamento dei bungalow e i servizi all'interno di questi molto fatiscenti. |

La ubicación. No me ha gustado ni el trato del personal ni la limpieza que fue justita. Además, falta información acerca del trayecto desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel ya que con marea baja, debes bajarte en medio del mar y si es de noche, a oscuras. Transportando tu las maletas. |

beau panorama, plage de l'hotel nulle (pas de sable) mais belle plage à 10 min à pieds, petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité, autres repas moyens.ménage des chambres non fait. |
