When I required a taxi as a foreigner I did not have to wait but when my wife, who is Thai, required a taxi for herself she was shown no assistance by the door staff and waited 30 minutes for a taxi. I would expect my wife to be shown equal courtsey at all times regardless of her nationality.

Well designed, clean, comfortable room and bathroom with large flatscreen tv, internet connection and dvd player. Good location, short walk to Sky Train and Underground. Good value for money.

I took a metererd taxi, kindly called by front desk to the hotel, but did not check that the meter was turned on. On arrival at the airport the driver claimed that he had an agreement with the hotel and demanded 500 Baht, which I refused to pay. I gave him the choice of 300 Baht or a conversation with the tourist police.He chose the 300 Baht. Perhaps it would be nice touch to give checking-out guest who ask for a taxi the advice to make sure that the meter is turned on. Living in Thailand for some time I did not assume that there was an arrangement with the hotel, but for tourists this might be an embarrassing situation which might leave them in doubt whether to believe the taxi driver or the hotel.

Great room got upgraded from single to duble Service was impeccable They went out of there way to help Very good brekfast Location is in quite street 5 min walk to train I like it better then hotel on the messy streets

Best value for money I have seen for many years. Clean rooms and very good service.

Internet connection only in Lobby and Pool but not in rooms.

1-Counter Staff is friendly and helpfull. 2-Breakfast/Resturant is nice and meet value (very good and attentative service).

My second time and I really enjoyed my room and facilities.

Bathroom door does not close 100% - it is a sliding door. Ceilings are very low - if you are taller than 1,80m don`t come .

Cool hotel. Very modern and hip. Clean lines. Clean rooms.

Pretty hard bed which is typical for Asia. Great pillows made up for it. Smallish rooms. Hard to turn on the shower and get the temperature adjusted without getting soaked. Great shower when it's set.

Beautifully decorated , very clean and modern had everything you could ask for at a hotel. Great value for money such a luxury for money would love to stay again .

I didn't not like anything really, the one negative I would say is the room service was a bit on the expensive side .

The staff was very helpful except for the front desk clerk--she had a bad attitude and needs training in customer service.

Dream bkk hotel is close to most of the big shopping malls in bkk, and clubs, bars and pubs, therefore you wont waste your money on taxi's and transportation
