Location, big room and great staff.
A bit old.
breakfast a bit costly for local standard
Staff were friendly.
Too far from town, now opening window or balcony, everything was very expensive for what it was.
Typical Thai Style Good friendly service Have their own organic farming
Slightly dated Using keys, so only one key per room
Staff very friendly and professional. Good location and nice view.
This was a five star hotel but not very busy at all. Facilities were excellent and so was the restaurant. We just relaxed completely for a couple of days before going to Laos. We were the only people around the pool side. My husband enjoyed the gym. It is a little out of town but we walked in to the night market which is always fun.
They gave us a room overlooking the roof of the entrance. With an almost empty hotel they could have at least given us a garden view with no problem. Room was very large though which sort of made up a bit!
wifi is very fast pillows n beds r comfortable breakfast awesome.....and many more
This hotel has a very nice and quiet location but still very near the town. It has a nice garden and grows it's own vegetables. The pool is awesome near the river and it can easily be used for swimming laps and exercises. The fitness includes a steam room and jacuzzi. Free bicycles!
No major drawbacks. Some of the hotel parts look a little bit older in the daytime and give you a back in the days feeling but that could also be called charming at the same time.
value for money
bed is old and needs new one quickly. room needs renovation and redesigned; toilet is also old stayed but it is still working
Rim Kok river's view Friendly staff Amenities
Some furnitures in the hotel are quite old.
The staff in the hotel were really lovely, there is everything there that you could want for a super holiday, an easy taxi ride from the center of town and lots of superb trips available to see the surrounding tourist attractions and countryside.
The rooms were adequate but bathrooms just a little tired but at the very reasonable price that was a very minor detail
The pool area was very nice, good selection for breakfast & the wifi connection was pretty decent throughout the entire resort
Considering being in Thailand the restaurant/bar prices were a bit high
The location, the breakfast and the facilities. Room was large and had an excellent bathroom and view over the mountains.
All was good.
Whats not to like?.
Pool Rooms General area We have been coming for 18 years and visited more the 20x.
Disappointed the Peak Resturant closed and the pub closed for refurbishment still not open after 18 months!
Friendly Staff, clean and comfortable. Nice place to stay and relax!
hotel website mention that there's a shuttle bus to city, but was told no such service when we checked with the reception upon our arrival.
Impeccable service and a fantastic room. Spend a little more and find out there is nothing junior about the wonderful junior suites. Enjoy the landscaped grounds and large pool.
Western menu a bit limited but good food.
The worst staff never see. Very darty. Far from city. Bad and expansive breakfast. Hard bed.
Location and a very enjoyable trip to Doi Sa Long mountain and the Black House.I was only there for 2 days but will definitely stay longer next trip.
Everything even down to the golf cart to the car park when it was raining.
Shame the PEEK was closed as well as the snooker bar.
