Dusit Thani Bangkok  

The hotel is very well located in a central location in Silom beside Lumpini Park. It is also conventiently located close to Sky Train station, essential in gridlocked downtown Bangkok. The hotel has good facilities and excellent restuarants.

Hotel was on the expensive side, although I did book it late which may have been a factor.

I stayed in the old bldg.........old old old- the bathrm.-was a death trip-- level into, the bathrm. Was 1inch higher thean the flr.rm. Level- there was no red or white strip-to tell u of the high differences. I hurt,my big toe-on the 1st day of staying,in the old bldg.!!!!!!!!!!!!! No more dusit- for the same price, I can stay in the peninsula htl.!!!!!

My 2nd trip was a night mare again, they couldnt, fing my booking?????????? After 25mins of!!!!!!!!!!, They finally got me a rm.- Comuter age-21st century- hoe could they, not have,my particulars,in the computer????strange people......not professional enough...they dont listen,,,,,rm. Service was worse services,i ever had!!!!

I consider myself as a frequent guest of this luxury Thai-style hotel, which offers excellent value for money, in particular the Club Lounge arrangement, at a perfect location. The Dusit Thani will remain my preferred hotel in Bangkok and staff always welcomes me home away from home and that is exactly how I feel. I only wish I have more time to spend in this hotel and enjoy beautiful Bangkok more often. A great wish for 2012 by the way.

I have stayed at the Dusit Thani many times and I think that it is an excellent hotel. The location is a prime factor in my choice, as is the fact that it was the first Thai owned and operated luxury hotel in Bangkok. The service is always excellent.

The hotel celebrated it's 41st anniversary this year.....it means a lot! Dusit Thani being an elegant, mature hotel, with excellent staff service - one can be sure of a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, right next to the bst, mrt station at Sala Daeng, and round the corner from Silom Road. What more can one ask for?

Although very friendly and polite staff, there's still a language barrier. Not all customer-facing staff speak English.

The suite and club lounge benefits are excellent value for money, especially the evening cocktails which included champagne and canapes such as salmon and cavier. This is our second stay at the Dusit Tani and we can not fault the hotel or it's staff. We stayed 3 nights and had an abosultely fantastic time.

Excellent Staff, very nice people, Excellent Location .

The staff were extremely courteous.The breakfast spread at both The Pavilion and Il Cielo were substantial, in the latter case it being larger and in the former, classier! The service at the Third Floor Executive Club deserves a special mention, particularly the evening cocktails and canapes! The only suggestion would be to add a savoury snack with the cookies during the daytime. The Tourist Desk at the Lower Lobby was most helpful in guiding us and organizing our trips to siam niramit and to a dinner cruise on the river
