This hotel is a extremely good hotel. I like it a lot.As I am resident of Thailand every time I have the possibility to spend a weekend in Pattaya this is my preferred hotel. Every thing is good and nice You said I cant use this space for complain, but I will.Your booking confirmation clearly mention that the credit card is only to guarantee the reservation. But this time was not like that. They charged my credit card without asking my agreement and without my signature.I Think this was not conform to your booking confirmattion and general practise.. They are not authorize to do in the way like they have done.

Near town Even though its mentioned 5 star its not on that category. I booked a sea view room, bur infront of our room whole lobby roof is there for 40m, so marely you can see the ocean, also bathroom doors are can not lock. There is no easy access to main road only main gate you have to walk a lot. breakfast too expensive. for booking.com you have mentioned credit card is only for secure the booking, but hotel took the payment even before check in thanks

The location. It is old fashioned and the service was not as good as I had expected. Stay there ruined by a weddding - some of the pool areas were closed and it was impossible to get a drink........ Needs a refit and staff training.

The friendliest welcome I have ever experienced from a Thai hotel and as you know the Thai hospitality is legendary so please regard that as a high compliment! All service was with a smile so after a 20 hour plane flight it is most welcome. Next time me and my love miss Wilaiwan will stay there for 10 days!

We would hope to return.. Meals in the hotel are expensive, by local standards. Plenty of reasonable restaurants in the locality.

I have stayed here several times before and love the location in Pattayia . The hotel has a lovely feel about but I did noticed Thant standards had markedly slipped since my last visit . A piy, but I''ll definitely give it another chance. Staff had an unusually indifferent attitude for Thai people, and indeed for a top class hotel. Thiis was surprising and disappointing

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were excellent; they went out of their way to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. Facilities were very good and although more expensive than eating outside, hotel restaurants still represented good value for money. There was an Indian wedding from 18/11 - 21/11 which meant that one of the pools was unavailable for 2 days and the hotel was extremely busy. However the wedding was spectacular and we had a great view of all of the proceedings from our balcony, so although I have commented on this under complaints - it isn't really.

Мы останавливались на неделю в апреле в клубном номере. Это был очень удачный выбор. Нас устроило все: дизайн, обслуживающий персонал,и все преимущества, которые давало проживание в клубном номере. Завтраки в отеле очень хорошие, на любой взыскательный вкус. Рестораны в отеле, конечно, дорогие, но качество блюд и обслуживание отменное.Отель очень удачно расположен, а вид из номера на Паттайю и море незабываем! Мы прекрасно провели время и особых недостатков не заметили.

удобное место положение. город и море рядом (разные калитки). чистота и полная свобода. хороший отель для отдыха. никто не кому не мешает, отель не очень большой соответственно и людей не много. оформление приятное, номера просторные. персонал приветливый. в номере с видом на море приятно отдыхать на балконе вечером. только осторожнее, ночью летают комары и москиты. :))

ligging en zwembaden Ondanks vijfsterren hotel vreselijk knullig met in en uitchecken. duurde ontzettend lang. kamers zijn erg gedateerd, zeker geen vijfsterren waard. Hotel is leuk misschien voor grote groepen maar niet voor klein gezelschap.

Прекрасный отель в отличном месте! ездим в этот отель уже не в первый раз и видим, что меняется он только в лучшую сторону. в этом году появилась детская площадочка, идет реконструкция каскада прудов. постоянно что то красят, чистят, стригут, причем самое приятное, что это все происходит совершенно незаметно для гостей. персонал отличный, номера в хорошем состоянии, территория просто великолепна, особенно для Паттайи. очень радует расположение на перекрестке Северной (Накла), Бич и Второй улиц. т.е. практически в любом направлении можно выехать без проблем, а в шаговой доступности можно найти все необходимое и даже больше :) !

Mycket bra hotell med ett lungt läge på vid norra sidan av Pattayas strand. Bra poolområde, uppmärksam och bra personal. Frukosten utmärkt. Vi bodde i ett clubrum vilket var ett mervärde med en clublounge med fri dryck och snacks. Vi kan varmt rekommendera hotellet.
