The quiet location, view of the beach and bay; comfort and style which was exactly what I wanted for this stay. Annoying when you pay for luxury and some of the additional extras don't quite come up to the mark. The club room facilities were excellent during the most active part of the day but were minimal - drinks and chips - two hours before closing time. In addition when I rang for my 'personal butler' I was told to order room service or go to the club room. |

staff they were very nice friendly, cleaning is also good, lobby beautiful too expensive as 5 star hotel, it could be 3 or 4 only. there is no playgarden for kids. T.V channales are poor only 3 in english all of it news, there should be more?? their beach is not clean and it is connected with other beachs |

Very friendly staff from your first moment of arrival at the taxi drop off,reception and taken to your room.All the people concerned made you feel as if they had known you for a long time and were friends who took a personal interest in you.Noting was to much trouble,excellent staff and facility. |

An excellent and luxury hotel surrounded by the sea and beautiful garden. I enjoyed the sunbathing and fitness at the hotel with excellent service by the staff. I will certainly come again. I was surprised that my creditcard used for the reservation was immediately used upong my checking-in to settle my bill without advance warning and without me putting my signature. The more surprising as in my subsequent stay at the Dusit Thani in Bangkok the payment by credit card took place only during checking out, which certainly has my preference. |

I thought the hotel was very nice with good facitlities and just hated Pattaya and think its hell on earth but it made the stay more bearable. The hotel is in a greta location. Nice cafe on beach and restauarnt at pool was lovely. I thought our room was so average and had no character at all. |

From the moment we arrived - it was just perfect - stayed in clubroom which was AMAZING - fabulous staff who made one feel so special ! It has spoiled us for anything else - THANKYOU indeed ! |

Mycket fint och välordnat Hotell som lever upp till en 5-stjärnig status. Fantastiskt läge direkt vid stranden och strandgatan och nära till shopping och kvällsaktiviteter i Pattaya centrum. Ett välsorterat Supermarket finns i rondellen alldeles vid infarten till Hotellet. Frukosten är extremt dyr även vid en internationell jämförelse, 185kr per person och natt. Utanför Hotell infarten finns en restaurang (Kiss) som är öppen 24 timmar om dygnet där det går att få frukost för 15kr per person och då ingår 2 ägg, bacon, skinka, korv, 2 brödskivor och te eller kaffe. Tidvattnets inverkan gör att det inte går att bada under hela dagen på de 2 badstränder som tillhör Hotellet, den ena stranden är långgrund och den andra är stenig och kräver badskor. Vill man bada obehindrat hela dagen så kan jag rekommendera stranden i Jomtien, tar ca.15-20 min. med tuck-tuck och kostar ca.25kr enkel resa. Tyvärr har hela Pattaya området bara solstolar men de kostar i gengäld inte mera än 15-20kr att hyra för 2 personer. |
