This hotel is a extremely good hotel. I like it a lot.As I am resident of Thailand every time I have the possibility to spend a weekend in Pattaya this is my preferred hotel. Every thing is good and nice

You said I cant use this space for complain, but I will.Your booking confirmation clearly mention that the credit card is only to guarantee the reservation. But this time was not like that. They charged my credit card without asking my agreement and without my signature.I Think this was not conform to your booking confirmattion and general practise.. They are not authorize to do in the way like they have done.

The location and exercise facilities are great. The pool, in particular, is exceptional given its size for swimming laps, and the workout area and tennis courts are excellent as well. The buffet breakfast is well worth the additional cost given the variety of foods and the staff.

The hotel, which we have stayed at in previous years, is showing some wear and tear in the common areas and rooms, particularly the carpeting which is worn in places and stained. The furnishings are also aging, and not terribly well. That said, it's no reason to avoid this hotel because the location, view, staff, and exercise facilities far more than outweigh any detractions and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location with an excellent staff who are all wonderful.

bathroom small and basic. checking in and out can be chaotic. was difficult to find a sunbed near the pool

shower/bathroom needs redesigning as the shower water tended to flood the bathroom if left unattended

Great hotel friendly staff

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were excellent; they went out of their way to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. Facilities were very good and although more expensive than eating outside, hotel restaurants still represented good value for money.

There was an Indian wedding from 18/11 - 21/11 which meant that one of the pools was unavailable for 2 days and the hotel was extremely busy. However the wedding was spectacular and we had a great view of all of the proceedings from our balcony, so although I have commented on this under complaints - it isn't really.

Excellent location, very helpful and pleasant staff, private beach overlooking the bay......generally very comfortable.

They were working on the pedestrian gate to/from the hotel....thus to get to the road was a long walk up the grounds and in and out of the main entrance. But then the work has got to be done at some time!!

People pre-booking the best situated chairs by the poolside,by placing a towel on them.then,turning up to occupy them at 10.00 hrs or later

This was a return visit and the experience was the same as three years ago. So most things about this hotel suited us and we will, hoprfully, return there.

Its location meant that to get to shops and restaurants, etc. we had to cross the roads and use the pedestrian crossings. This meant that we had to put our lives at risk because of the bad manners and lack of respect for pedestrians shown by most drivers in Pattaya.
