Everything. The trip around the islands and the frequent transportation to and from the Ao Nang area was excellent

Bed are comfortable, free boat trip was good. Hotel is about 10min from the town, but hotel provide transport for transfer.

There was a cockroach in the room. Breakfast was not good very simple and there were ants in the cereals.

After a problem with double booking I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a pool villa... The free island trip that was offered was great. The location was perfect for me but others should note it is a 15min drive to the main strip however they offer free shuttle runs to/from town 4 times a day.

Small minor things, I have a real detest of cockroaches... Everything else I am fine with and do understand it is a beach front hotel and we are in Thailand. The toilet roll was left empty for three days (again, no big problem as I'm happy to adopt 'Thai methods'!) the first pick up bus never collected me (however this was because of a mistake with double booking me: see above) if you want to leave/comeback without their shuttle its 300baht one way from the strip(this is from street taxis NOT the hotel service).. I found this to be a little costly so always tried to take advantage if the free shuttle ;)

The staff was perfect. It is on the country side, so perfect for relax. They provide you with canoes and snorkeling gear. Not to forget they have a boat of their own. Typical islands boat trip visit is for free.

All was on a high level,service,especially we loved boat trip to islands and magic fruit shakes in a bar,it's a very nice place to stay for couples

the hotel provide free transport to Ao Nang which i really like and its quite often enough. the place is quiet and clean..staff were also nice. we stayed for our honeymoon and we love the big bath. the weather was lovely as it was not so hot during that time. free 4 island trip was amazing. make sure you book for it at the reception the day before

the beach is muddy so you cant swim there. breakfast spread is very2 limited. wish they would provide more choice. i stayed in the room with a private pool. the pool is nice however need to be cleaned more often. we could feel mildew on the bottom. there's no kettel to make hot beverage; tea/coffee.

I liked that the hotel was in a quiet location. It was mostly quiet, except for the engines of speedboats/longtail boats from Ao Nam Mao pier as they passed by. The shuttle service was good and reliable. The driver even picked us up on the main road after our bus dropped us off. The pool was warm and pleasant, with a great view. The day trip to the islands was good but no one identified which islands we were passing so unless you have read about them before, you have no idea where you are or how long you'll be staying there. The staff were friendly and helpful but English is limited with staff at kitchen and on boat tour, nil. On New Year's Eve the hotel gave a free barbecue dinner to guests, drinks excluded. The food was good. Generally the food at the hotel is good, and you can order for day trips or dinner. Fairly decent portion and price is reasonable.

Since it was the last leg of my trip around Thailand and I wanted to take time to recover from Bangkok. My room wasn't very pleasant to stay in so I spent most times avoiding it and did not get the rest I was hoping for, unfortunately. The room had the most overpowering smell of mildew. It was hard to suppress even after the staff gave us an air refresher spray. There should be a sign at the pool that one side is deeper than the other. There was no mat at the bedside and because wearing shoes indoors is not something done in Thailand, stepping onto the cold tiles on mornings was terrible. I think they should put mats or provide indoor slippers. There is only a bath towel given, none for hands/face and in the shower there is no curtain so the water spills onto the floor when you take a shower. Be prepared for mosquitoes. There are lots, some even get you where you haven't put repellent. I also noticed stagnant water in a plant pot outside my room so better maintenance would help this problem. The walkway to get to rooms is not well lit so it's a bit scary to walk alone at night.

A good place to sleep off your jetlag and gather some energy before exploring the places sorrunding Krabi/Railay. Nice and quiet, good food and service and only 30 min from Krabi AirPort.

It's not possible to swim at the Beach. Only trash and a few little boats... No sun umbrellas at the Swimmingpool

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, The restaurant serves really nice food at good price. The free boat trip around 4 islands compensates the absence of the beach. Transfer to the city and wifi are both free. The pool is great and the surrounding views are spectacular. Very cosy rooms. perfect for a quite getaway.

Its a small friendly hotel which gives me and my family a feeling of warmth, peace and staff there are friendly. We love the simple made to order breakfast and our pre-ordered thai dinner was the best and of good value.

The place is far from Ao Nang beach, but that was what we were looking for. As a retreat, I think it's quite good. Plus the 4 island trip they offer is nice enough to keep you busy for one day. The rooms are nice and clean too, and the pool is great.

I wish they could have more shuttle tuk tuks to Ao Nang, because going there means having to spend about 4 hours before the next trip back. The breakfast should also be improved since it's quite basic -but food is good-. Some more selections in the menu would also be appreciated.

The hotel is well designed, the pool is amazing, with the view of the see in the backround. Although it is located far from the main Ao Nang beach, there are free hotel shuttles for guests. Also, there are free hotel trips to 4 islands, but there have to be at least for people for that trip.

The main disadvantage is that the hotel is located far from restaurants, stores, etc, and guest need to be dependent on hotel shuttles to go for dinner. Another thing that we noticed in our room is the smell of moisture and mold. There is a need to better ventilation of the room. During our stay, the hotel was almost empty (only one room besides us), therefore we did not have the chance to use the 4 islands trip... Maybe they should change the policy of 4 people needed to go on a trip....

Really in a very remote area, cant go any where walking.. But located in a very nice place near the sea and in the middle of lots of natural beauty, very clam and pleasant place, lots of natural beauty around..nice swimming pool

Beach

Staffs are friendly, and a really quite place (secluded). Good to have private pool next to your room (Honeymoon Suite). Facing nice sea front, but don't expect proper beach for swimming (just like most of other hotels in Aonang area). Free scheduled transport to and from Aonang was really nice to have and free trip to 4 islands as well. Good breakfast, cooked as per your request.

The road to the resort is really terrible, red soil with muds. If I was driving on my own, I have turned back and find other hotel nearby. Wasn't sure we were going to the right place until we reached the hotel.

We stayed here during the low/rainy season, so it was very quiet. The staff was absolutely very nice and helpfull. The pool with its view over the sea, stunning. Don't expect a beach for sunbathing etc. but it's very beautiful and the hotel offers free shuttles to ao nang beach four times a day and even a free four-islands-boat trip. There were a lot of musquitos, i think it's normal that close to the jungle, but i also think there were more because of the rainy season.

The location is wonderfull with the pool in fron of the see and the mountain around even if it is far from downtown but the good think is there is a free shuttle bus service in a schedduled time. Very organised and kind staff. The breakfast and food in general is great too. The free tour to the islands is great too with a professional and polite crew. We highly recomend this hotel...

The bed sheet was not changed for 4 days even if it was not dirty but we would prefer so because it is hot and we could swet in it. But honestly speeking all the room was cleaned properly. The tv displays only local channels, We would prefer to have some english or french channels.

Located rather far from Ao Nang and it's beach, though there is a transfer from and back to the hotel three times a day. But if you miss it you might have difficulty in getting back. The beach is no good. The staff doesn't speak any English at all (but for one or two persons) but they are very willing to help. Poor breakfast with instant coffee and tea bags. We had mix-ups with hot dishes at breakfast several times and it took some effort to explain what the problem was and to solve it. Our room was not made up once as when we got back to the hotel at half past three the cleaning lady was only about to start. No safe in the room. They don't have terminals for credit card payment.
