Great stuff, great attitude, great food, great location, good price, definitely good chioce when stay in Chang Mai

Nice staff, delicious breakfast. The rooms are well-designed and decorated with the themes of different kinds of birds. It's clean, new and comfortable for us. Hope to come again.

The breakfast is really good. Rooms were very clean, the position is very central and the staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry service is fantastic!

No fridge in room or tea/coffee making facilities (Minor comment)

My friend and I really like the breakfast for everyday, especially for the coconut~ ^.^. The staff there really really kindly, provide many information about ChiangMai activities. Of course, if book the tours from there, has the discount~

excellent staffs, they are very helpful and super friendly. Great location right outside Chedi Luang.

I had a little trouble coming back late at night as you'll have to go through the side door which the only clue i had was "key press the bird house". It was my own silly mistake but when one comes back late at night slightly intoxicated, it always a bit tougher than usual to do anything.

The ladies are fantastic! The location is good the rooms are funky and clean - all you need for a base, the aircon was good and quiet, basic bathroom but clean and hot shower - the breakfast was perfect ( you choose what you want the night before- I had yoghurt fruit, granola and toast - all fresh and made to what ever time you want- we booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 3 - if they nada pool we would have stayed for a week! There was 2 couples in our group - we were able to chill and play cards in the common area downstairs which was relaxing and inviting. A great little hotel highly recommend!

It is really a good hotel to stay with in Chiang Mai. Hotel staff is realy helpful since i have writed several emails to them before i go to their hotel and their response is quite fast which helps me lot on my holiday. I will come back if i go to Chiang Mai. Room is clean and value for money. Location is good as well.

The hotel is just on the opposite side of temple Wat Chediluang, which is the center of the old Chiang Mai city. At the mean while the staff are so kind to be a guide, they will provide any help. Finally, the breakfast is extremely good!

Providing fridge in every room will be much more convenient.

1.The house is very clean. 2.A hearty breakfast can be enjoy in the morning. 3.Free banana every day. 4.The service is very comfortable. 5.Decorations enrich a bird house, make life funny. 6.The lovery landlady very nice and shares a lot of tips in Chiangmai trip, everything no need to worry. 7.Feel at home. 8.A simple life can be enjoy In a word, u would have a golden memory, and wish to be there again.

Comfort & cozy room. Near to Sunday Walking Street (less than 5 minutes walking distance). Friendly staff.

Rooms are not as big as expected, however, the price is worth value-for-money. No bellboy services. Have to carry the luggage to 4th floor by our own.

Warmly served in this hotel. Like the people especially girls. They helped us a lot. The location is also very good for me. It's not far from weekend markets and TP gate, also very quiet and not to many people around.

没有入住，我们本身就住一个晚上，到了之后服务人员说有故障之类的网上弄错了，么有我们的房间，态度很虔诚- ，我也没法说社么，之后给我们送到了柴狄龙寺对面一个新开的旅店，早餐是晨鸟家提供，位子很好，就是这个旅- 店太想广州的快捷酒店了，失去了住在古城里的那种特色客栈的感觉，失望

风景不错。很多鸟在屋檐。

三楼没有电梯箱子超重

早餐很丰富，太满意了！地理位置很好，很容易到清迈各地，周日夜市就在旁边却不吵闹。

蚊子多了点，有热水喝就更好了

服务人员很热情，早餐很棒，位置非常好。

early bird的女孩们热情、善良，民宿可以免费使用自行车，装饰简单、温馨。早餐真是丰富可口，老板对我的照顾- 真是让我很感动。靠近周日夜市，古城的黄金地段！

位置实在是太赞了，出门就是周日市场，对面就是各种出名的寺庙，重点是，早餐非常非常非常好吃~

价格能便宜点就好了~

服务非常满意，房间很舒适，光线很充足！！！ 出门拐右就有7-11，非常方便

员工态度实在是没话说，早餐也非常棒

房间小了些，我的是顶楼的房间，朋友的住2楼房间就很大。
