28F, good view and wakened up by sunshine is a fantastic way to start a day. Near to bts station, 7-11 and family-mart around. Kind staff, and good information crew. Good place to stay.

Limited breakfast. Very expensive room rate 199.5/night.

Reception very helpful. Assisted in showing us different rooms and the reasonable charges for the upgrade

Room booked had poor layout. Bath very small with no separate shower. Talked to reception and told that was what we had booked. Told we could upgrade but with costs.

The location for getting around Bangkok is hard to beat. Very convenient to light rail to downtown walking through mall with least outdoor walking in heat/humidity. The comfort of the room, the fantastic view (I was on 26th floor) the furnishings and space in the room(very pleasant) these were all great. Staff was very friendly and helpful (wakeup call for early morning departure to airport was right on time). I had a very quick check-in - no problem using Booking.com to make the reservation.

a stray staff lady entering my room ..asking if we are alright!?? although i put a DND on the door!!! this was weird

Layout of hotel room - entry to bathroom beside bed with toilet nearest the door and very close to the bed. Had difficulty getting use to the type of pillows available. Very limited breakfast compared to some hotels we have stayed at.

Everything. Hotel is centrally located and facilities and staff are excellent.

it's right in the middle of things and in the rainy season ideal as it connects via emporium to the sky train so you don't get wet.

bathroom......becasue of the way room laid out, loo to near to your head in the corner rooms which are the ones you get if you book through you...ok if travelling solo but not good if sharing.

Fast Check-in and out. Good and fast room service. In room amenities were good but had problem locating the hair dryer which was hidden in a drawer in the room instead of bathroom (found just before checking out). Adequate selection of TV channels. Breakfast had different variety on each day and did not charge for 5 yr. old child for breakfast which was nice of them. Tasty breakfast too. Swimming pool was OK they have steam rooms and and services are good. A highly recommended hotel. To get to the hotel from BTS station get into the Emporium Mall follow signs at he BTS station to get into mall, climb escalators, then go down 1 floor using escalator in the mall. Turn right, walk 10 meters and turn left to small passageway. Pass Starbucks, turn left and go down using escalators, when down turn left and you are in the lobby of the hotel (We had hard time locating it for the first time)

Room service and minibar is not on the cheap side but it is expectable.

Ridiculous to have to pay 10% of room rate for internet access. Rooms- furniture are beginning to be outdated

Excellent location on top of MRT station. Excellent room, breakfast, pool and gym.

breakfast is good with lots of choices. Staff is friendly and location is good. Quite area with big luxury shopping mall.

I liked the fact that it was right next to the shopping mall and the commute to and fro was cut down.

The emporium suites need renovation. The corridors were musky and the rooms looked dated. Will not be staying there again.

Old world charm, you get to stay in a suite reminiscent of a studio apartment with all facilities of cooking and heating with a full fledged kitchenette. Great view of the Bangkok skyline visible from our 41st floor room bay window. Shoppers paradise Emporium is connected through the hotel and so is the bts station.

Need to upgrade and renovate a bit I guess. They still do not have a proper restaurant with The Emporia serving as a breakfast and dining areas both. Pretty insignificant swimming pool which is rarely used by the hotel guests.

i was with my 10-year old son and he thought it was very family friendly. the staff was nice and accommodated our special requests. the receptionist also gave us a free room upgrade when we signed up for internet. so we were happy!

I used to live in Bangkok for five years and when I have had to visit again on business or pleasure I always stay here. The location is fantastic, the rooms spacious clean and a decent size and the staff and efficiency is second to none. I would totally recommend to friends and family and will not stay anywhere else.

Only thing is they should not let the sex tourists bring their pick ups in unless they checked in with them in the first place. I was at breakfast with an offensive man the first morning and he was pig ignorant and rude but alone. The following morning he had clearly picked up a bar girl and brought her down to breakfast and was loud, rude and vulgar discussing what he would be doing down in Pattaya with other girls that night so all could hear. All the rest of the guests also looked disgusted the Thai staff embarrased and he was the only one that could be seen openly to be this type of 'tourist'. I know its hard to monitor but you don't expect an establishment of this quality to have such people stay and it was shame. Not the Hotels fault but maybe a stricter policy if I was manager there I would have told him to shut up or leave, infact I nearly did tell him to have some respect not just for us but but for the poor desperate girl that got landed with him.

Outdoor pool was brilliant and Gym well-equipped.

Buffet breakfast was Japanese oriented didn't suit all taste unfortunately.

The location is fab. Connected to the great shopping mall and skytrain, makes it very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed are so comfortable! We stayed several times at this hotel and will stay there next time again!

La cura nel servizio camere.

Wir haben nicht eines der kleineren Zimmer gebucht. In dem Moment waren wir sehr zufrieden mit Grösse. Aussicht, Sauberkeit und Einrichtung. Klimaanlage leise, WIFI schnell. Wir waren auch sehr zufrieden mit dem Frühstück: Sehr aufmerkamer, freundlicher und schneller Service. Das Bufett war meiner Meinung nach auch in Ordnung. Es gab sogar Käse und Wurst, Müsli, was in Bangkok nicht immer der Fall ist. Man mus anmerken, dass die Gäste zu 80-90% aus asiatischen Geschäftsleuten bestehen und demnach auch das Agebot eher einem Brunch gleicht. Was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Die Lage ist auch nicht zu toppen. Das Hotel ist mit direktem Zugang zu Shoppingcenter und Skytrain ideal gelegen. Gerne wieder, da wir 4x im Jahr in Bangkok sind und schon lange etwas in der Richtung suchten, aber das Emporium wegen der Bewertungen nicht ausprobiert haben und jetzt positiv überrascht sind.
