The room was ok, the air conditioning was functioning, good located near to an atm, exchange post and 7 eleven. From 6a.m. to 6p.m. it only takes 2 min to get to khaosan road. After that 5 min. Some part of the staff was really helpful
You have to leave a caution and it's almost the price of the room. If you're not traveling with a lot of money take this in consideration. some part of the staff wasn't even nice.
Great staff Great service Great location Good beds
Location, friendly and helpful staff
I like there is hot water and breakfast for free.
there is no hanger clothes in the bathroom. and i don't like the deposit 500 baht for the key. i need the 500 baht for buying other things.
The staff is very nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean and confortable for the price
Not much, its v near khao san road if that's what you're looking for...
Do not trust any of the pictures posted on booking.com!! Rooms not particularly clean, really grotty, lots of drunks smoking near our room at all hours and on other floors too, shower barely worked leaking into rest of room, staff slightly hostile demanding deposit as soon as you arrive, really really overpriced especially for Asia...just look elsewhere, you can easily find somewhere much nicer gor much less.
I traveled with my family, totally 6 persons including one child. Our destination is Koch Chang Island and take Erawan house as our transit hotel in Bangkok. It's nice as a transit hotel. Why? 1.The price is reasonable. 2.My room is quiet for a good sleep. 3.You could find some cheap and tasteful foods nearby. 4.The hotel is only 5 minutes away from Khao San Road and you could find many travel agencies to buy tickets to your destination. 5.The Koch Chang bus pick me up at the gate of the hotel.
The room is small. There is no swimming pool. You‘d better choose a more comfortable hotel If you’d like to stay here for more than 2 days.
Flawless wifi, reasonable bed and bathroom, friendly staff. Perfect location in a street quite near Khaosan road (5 min. walk) but not too close to the nightly noises either. Excellent value for money.
location, tv with good channels, air con. that works perfectly.
Some of the staff were unfriendly and wanted to charge a day to leave the bags at the lobby while we would do a tour with their own company, but when we went to leave our bags the other receptionist was honest and told it was free of charge.
Really good location and helpful staff, not noisy and everything you need while staying in Bangkok
everything is great for the price !
Location Clean Easy to find
Small room for three people
The location was the only thing good about this hotel. It was very near to Khao San Road and you can easily get a cab or tuk tuk from around the corner.
During our stay in Thailand we paid the most for this hotel but it was not worth it. The rooms were very small. Unlike other hotels, they won't clean your room or replace towels unless you ask them to.
the room was small and there was no refregrater
Las habitaciones son peores que en las fotos
near to rambutree street
loudly music from nearest pubs
clean place and nice staff
the location is good, near to the Khao Shan road and The Grand Palace .
The room is very very small. The air condition is very very bad. It work 2 hours after open it . The room is on the top floor of the building. Very very hot. There are some ants on the wall and on the bed. Toilet also bad. The service also bad. I am very very disappointed.
I was here for over 2 weeks 3 years ago, after being in other places and I came back with no hesitations this time. The staff is super friendly and they even remembered me. The position is great, near khaosan road but in a quiet small road, near to the port, to take boats to go around, and near the bus stops to go to Sukhumvit road, chatuchak, etc etc, by bus, paying super cheap tickets
the room may be a bit small if someone is used to bigger rooms. It was fine for me
The staff were really lovely and the room was quiet; a bonus in the backpacker part of Bangkok.
A tiny bit tricky to find, but ask for Rambuttri Road and it's a small turning on the right off it.
Definantly location, And just a well designed hotel
That Noi the night shift girl is married.
Staff were incredibly helpful and informative going out of their way to assist.
The hotel is at a great location! 2 minutes walking from khao san road. And 15 to royal palace and wat pho( reclining buddha). Rooms are very clean, confortable beds, air conditioned. There is free coffee and they also give you free bottles of water everyday when they clean the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We leave our baggage in their storage for a couple of days and is very cheap and safe!
Very nice Personal, comfortable beds. Very close to good restaurants
Very small bathroom. As soon as you go out there are a lot of people who want to sell things to you. And the even don't stop doing even if you passed them a couple of times. Difficult to find because it is hidden in a small street.
suddenly we've been there during songkran festival, and it was impossible to leave the hotel without being wet and thru drunk aggressive masses of young people. probably staff should inform guests about that prior arrival.
annoying water (?) pump on 5th floor makes your sleep impossible.
