Excellent location. Room was ready early and we got Upgraded for free. Staff were very friendly
Easy to reach in old part of the city, really nice place, good bathroom
Breakfast not included in the rate
a very nice place. clean, friendly staff, nice facilities. close to everything but still quiet and peaceful.
Nice clean rooms. Huge bed! Clean.
No english from staff. Relly bad. Location is not so good. 10 ride with tuk-tuk to night bazzar
Enjoyed my stay, 3 nights.good for Sunday market.very helpful staff.nice little pool to cool off.
No room safe.sorry Boss you need to have.even if you don't have any problems.
Room is very nice... Comfortable to stay
No room service
Location, spa next to it and right turn for local food.
Wifi down most of the time.
Located right in the heart of the old city, just a few metres from the Sunday Night Market and essentially a short walk to either side of the city. The small alleyway Soi 6 also leads out back to a number of amazing Hainanese chicken restaurants (great for breakfast). Also a short walk to Sompet market and any of the main attractions. The style of the room and building as well were quaint, neat and clean.
They had a problem with WIFI whilst I was there, the internet was out for 2 days and they arranging it to be fixed so it may not be a problem in the future. There are a number of coffee shops down the road with excellent wifi so we got around that issue.
Great helpful staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great central location. Nice pool. Right next to Sunday night markets which are great!
a kindergarten nearby, the children are so cute. Staffs are nice and attentive. Room are clean and quiet.
service, staff support, cleanliness, small pool :-), location in centre Chiang Mai - yet quiet place, good infrastructure around.
forget breakfast (but you have plenty of alternatives in 5 min distance);
Location is perfect. It's right inside the center of the town and of the Sunday walking street.
The wall is not noise-proof. I could here my next door all the time.
The location of this hotel in the centre of Old Town was amazing! We loved the boutique feel of Estia and had plenty of room in our family suite for our family- me, my husband and our 3 boys. The light breakfast provided was a nice surprise- it's only toast but if you're being picked up early for a tour, it's perfect! Chiang Mai is a wonderful place to visit and we would definitely come back and stay at Estia again.
The only thing I think I could fault was the bed. It was very firm and I didn't sleep too well.
Location in old city Older room but has a "thai" feel Pool
Breakfast - all you received was toast and instant coffee, I've had better breakfasts in hostels however there is a great breakfast place at the end of the road (just go right when you walk out of the hotel and it's at the end of the street )
Nice and central, friendly staff, nice pool and surrounds. Comfortable room, very helpful and accommodating management and staff.
the location is pretty good, walking distance to sunday night market. have couples of massage shop nearby. Overall OK.
the are quiet after 10pm and not easy to find foods. But 7-11 is just 10mins walk.
Good location, close to the Sunday night bazaar and other famous temples.
Staff is not so nice. The cost they charge for laundry is quite high.
clean, comfy bed, good location, nice staff
it would be grate if you could have more English channel program on TV
2 minutes walk to Sunday market. Very near.
Located at a side road. The place was too quiet. Plenty of mosquitoes for company.
Swimming pool, big, spacious room, excellent location in the middle of old town. Definitely recommend for everyone who need a comfortable place to sleep and want to wander around the town during the day/evening.
The pressure of water in the shower was very low - and it didn't get fixed despite us telling the reception staff. The staff generally have problems with English. The hotel is quite noisy, so if you're unlucky to have loud guests next to your room, get your earplugs.
great location, near sunday walking street
Worth the money, may stay in the hotel next time when I travel to Chiangmai.
The room is kind of lack of airflow, but it's not a big deal
Perfect spot in the center of old town and next to sunday market. Staff's english skills are very limited but they are so kind and friendly and always there for you. Hyper clean rooms and really good value for the price. Seems that the coffee and toast possibility in the mornings, that other travellers have mentioned, does not exist anymore. WIFI is excellent...
The wather in the pool could be a bit cleaner... but all over nothing negative to say...
Myself, my boyfriend and our 2 friends, another couple, stayed in a family room; it was amazing. It was decorated beautifully we loved the Thai essence to it, and the fact that both bedrooms were very separate but we had a living area to share was great. Both rooms also has en suite which was fantastic. The pool is open until midnight so we were able to have a swim when we arrived at 10pm and the reception area is beautiful. What we liked the most was that we had an activity booked for the next day in which we were being picked up, and the reception staff already knew about it and had arranged it all even though I hadn't mentioned it to them before (the company we had the activity with must have contacted the hotel). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wish it could have been for longer.
Good location and a small, good value hotel with a small but nice (and clean) pool. After reading reviews I was worried about noise but we didn't really notice it (admittedly, we were there in a quiet time of year and the hotel wasn't so busy).
Staff's English was patchy, but we could all make ourselves understood.
