The location was great and the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were great. It was a wonderful stay. The pool could have used pads on the lounges and the breakfast was boring. Pool was not great but ok. I would not take breakfast with my room next time.

Value for money was amazing, rooms were pretty clean and the staff friendly. We slept in a rather oldschool, decorated room. WiFi didnt work for 24 hour.

Not as clean as it used to be but was still livable it was in a great part of town, you could really get the feel of the old city and the people are fantastic. At the back entrance of the motel just across the road 3 shops up is the'family tribal trekking' I think that what they are called, organise anything you want to do through these guys they are the oldest travel agent and can get you great guides with there own car to really help you get into the areas you may otherwise not find. Our guide was 'o' as in the capital letter he cost 300bt for the day and well worth it. I stayed here 6 years ago and it was cleaner.this time the shower toilet had some grime dont think they have put any money back into it sincemy last stay,

It was all atrocious, not good... Even for two 24 year-olds Only good thing to come out of it was the location. Stained sheets (I mean seriously stained), dozens of Mosquitos in the room 24/7, squashed mozzies on the walls all over the room, filthy dirty bathroom, no hot water, no shower drainage so the bathroom flooded, pool facilities shared with the neighbouring hostel, very very average pool with no towels, rooms dark and gloomy, seriously loud feral cats fighting within meters of the room all the time. The list is endless really

- design was ok - lifts were good, although felt they were not overly good (safety wise) - Bottom area / foyer was well designed and inviting - Breakfast included Not ovelry nice rooms Staff not overly helpful Price per night, compared to other hotels was excessive Was not incredibly well located, although not too bad Breakfast was cold (sausages anyway) and not a great range We had thought of staying 3 days but stayed one day and moved to another hotel (Lotus Pang Hotel is much better)

Location, bathroom. We didn't had breakfast in the hotel but went to "Blue Diamond" which is a couple of streets away. They have freshly baked bread (and cookies) and we really recommend that cafe. Quite noisy.

Well located in the Old City. Still to understand what does it mean Boutique. Possibly, that is not a huge structure. Staff does not speak any language understandable by an average westerner. A/c not really adjustable. Overpriced for the services. I think you can find better or cheaper in Chiang Mai.

Great outside ambiance, lovely lobby and gardens. Very outdated and awkward rooms. When we arrived the front desk staff told us there were only delux rooms available for 4 times the price. We booked online right infrint of them, waited 15 min and got the room for the quoted price.

Fantastic location in the old city. The pool is pleasant. Room is OK and it has a safebox which is very convenient. Staff is coldly professional. Weak WiFi and there is no automatic log-in, and if your device is idle for a while, it logs out automatically. This is quite annoying. The rooms are never aired so there is an unpleasant smell. Room was nice but no chair, only one stool.
