This staff was wonderful. This begins with the CEO, a wonderful lady and excellent administsrator. It filters all the way to the people who hold the doors and those who keep the rooms clean. I have never seen a staff so friendly and interested in making sure that one's stay in their hotel is pleasant. There was never a problem or question which I had which did not receive proper attention. I will be back next year when I re-visit the Old Quarter in Hanoi.

The only complaint I had was that I had to leave. I really did not want to go when I did, but I had to. I sincerely felt as though I was leaving friends whom I would not see for a long time. I get the chance to stay at between thirty and fifty hotels per year in different nations. This is the only hotel I have stayed in where I felt this way. I absolutely have no complaints.

Location was good for us to see the things we wanted. The hotel guide was good as well.

Limited linens and toiletries. We had to put a deposit down to have a hair dryer in the room.

Great location in the old city. Easy access to most places by walking.

The bathroom was damped, ventilation was inadequate. Water temperature was hard to adjust. Bathroom was tiny.,

Good location and comfort ok in general.

Quite expensive for Chiang Mai compared to what you get... Cleanliness could be better, and you have 2min of hot water every 10min. So take quick showers!

    Location is relatively good

Bad experience-considering the slightly higher price as compared to hotels nearby, it was a lousy stay. Staff were not helpful and service poor. Requested for wake up call but staff forgot. Staff insisted on 500baht deposit for borrowing an umbrella. Toilet in room smelt.asked for air freshener to be kept in room and chambermaid removed it without asking.

the location of the hotel is very good - just in the centre of the city, but in a quiet place. Staff is very helpful. Spa and massage personal is great!

The prices are more less ok for the hotel. It is very good positioned, 7 min walk to center of town. Didn't try the breakfast buffet but looked very tasty.

The rooms are not the best quality. Not even the deluxe area. There are a lot of Mosquitos.
