Cold eggs on breakfast buffet
Room Price Location near the market
Breakfast might be better Only one key for two Staff at the swimming pool not helpful.
The hotel was well situated for getting around Chiang Mai. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
It needs updating. I was in what they described as a superior room, but it was dark, with no direct daylight, basic and rather jaded. The pool needs maintenance and a good scrub.
- kindness of people of hotel - area close to everything in the city
- old superior rooms
Bed was bit hard for me
Breakfast was good.Staff on the front desk very helpful.
Last. time i stayed,i stayed in a Delux room. This time i made a mistake and stayed in a Superior room. The Superior room is in another block very old and run down. They are just old dirty curtains,no blackout curtains. The room is small and old deco. The hot water in the shower is either, to hot or to cold.I tried for 5 days to set it correctly.I stayed in room 201 you can hear the telephone ringing in reception 24/7, so if you want any sleep bring some ear plugs with you! There is only one piece of training equipment.
Bad price-quality relationship Dirty and old toilets and towels. Bad English The responsible tries to trick you with the trips, dont trust him. They do laundry charging a lot more than the shop just by the same hotel.
from the location which is 10 mins from airport & 5 - 10 mins from markets, to the pretty lobby, free good wi-fi, swimming pool to friendly helpful staff
not clear which water is free in fridge (wouldn't you think it would be the cheap plastic bottles NOT the lovely heavy glass bottles (which a harder to take out with you. So we were charged for water! We tried to avoid mini bar prices so my advise is if it seems strange..ask
black water came from the water pipe ...ask staff ，said they have problem with the whole water system ，let me just turn on the water keep it run untill it come out normal color water ...：（
Great location to discover Chiang Mai. Excellent value for money.
Lack of seating in room
very quite and convinence
This staff was wonderful. This begins with the CEO, a wonderful lady and excellent administsrator. It filters all the way to the people who hold the doors and those who keep the rooms clean. I have never seen a staff so friendly and interested in making sure that one's stay in their hotel is pleasant. There was never a problem or question which I had which did not receive proper attention. I will be back next year when I re-visit the Old Quarter in Hanoi.
The only complaint I had was that I had to leave. I really did not want to go when I did, but I had to. I sincerely felt as though I was leaving friends whom I would not see for a long time. I get the chance to stay at between thirty and fifty hotels per year in different nations. This is the only hotel I have stayed in where I felt this way. I absolutely have no complaints.
location, room size for standard room
bit old and tired, needs refresh, expensive for what it is
Location Massages were great
Worst W-Fi of our trip Wasn't like the pictures on Booking.com. Restaurant advertised as open but when we got there it wasn't
Great location and ample clean rooms
Fantastic location and lovely staff
Breakfast It's awful
Good Surrounding, Nice Hotel, Swimming pool, Can store our Mountainbikes there.
Rooms are old and small. No Hot Water one Week. Breakfast poor for the Value.
Location was great Good breakfast and nice pool
Bed just too hard no other complaints
Location was good for us to see the things we wanted. The hotel guide was good as well.
Limited linens and toiletries. We had to put a deposit down to have a hair dryer in the room.
Comfortable, Clean, Great Location, what more can you ask for? We had a great time staying here.
Quiet hotel in the old town
Great location in the old city. Easy access to most places by walking.
The bathroom was damped, ventilation was inadequate. Water temperature was hard to adjust. Bathroom was tiny.,
Good location and comfort ok in general.
Quite expensive for Chiang Mai compared to what you get... Cleanliness could be better, and you have 2min of hot water every 10min. So take quick showers!
