We came here for our honeymoon and it was also our first time to Koh Samui and we had the most relaxing stay. The resort was very clean as was the villas, staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back! More buses to Chawang beach.

We stayed in the pool villa and it was stunning. The room was just gorgeous with dark timber floors and four poster bed. It even smelled amazing! The breakfasts in the morning were lovely and the atmosphere was fun. You could use their kayaks/fishing gear for free. The location was too far away from Chewang Beach; it was about a 20 minute scooter ride, which we had to hire from the resort. Also, the 'pool' in our pool villa was more of a spa, you could not swim in it. The photo on the website was misleading.

Super nice service! Garden design is comfortable. Can see some insets on the road which is attractive to kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Nicely located on mae nam beach on Ko Samui. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the whirlpool on the balcony of our suite. It is very pleasant in the warm water when a tropical rain falls outside. try the Thai massage located directly on the beach approx 400m left of the resort - wonderful (does not belong to the hotel).

Very nicely decorated villas, lush gardens, romantic atmosphere, good breakfast, friendly stuff, has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Very good SPA. In general best value for money. Two biggest concerns - 1st, rooms are not cleaned ever, only make up, bathroom glass doors and bathtub were disgusting, probably never saw any cleaning. 2nd, stuff hardly speaks any english, forget about asking them anything out of minimum vocabulary. These two points were especially upsetting taking in consideration the general luxury appearance of hotel. Drinks, food - very expensive, not worth it. Rooms are not sound proof, seemed like neighboors were walking in our room. If you are a couple looking for romance and privacy, look elsewhere. Hotel is 0.5km from the main road, too far to get to any place, not a good choice unless you plan to rent a bike or car.

Really nice and luxury hotel. The spa was really good quality. There is a free shuttle service of the hotel to Chaweng. We used this a lot. The prices in the hotel of the spa and the restaurant are a bit high. The beach: there is not mucht beach and a lot of stones. So we were more at the pool than at the beach. If you want to eat or shop outside the hotel, you need a taxi or shuttle because there is not much around to do.

Quiet and very nice staff. Very nice pool area A little pricy for the value. Windy side makes water activities more of a challenge. No internet in the rooms

Undoubtedly the staff was the best part about the stay at Fair house. I had forgotten by silver necklace and the hotel and didn't even know that. The staff who had come to drop us at our next hotel in Samui, called the hotel to let us know that we had forgotten the necklace and on the next day, personally came to return it. Unfortunately I could not meet him that day and cannot remember his name now (if someone from the hotel is reading this, please share his name with me). The hotel itself was fabulous. We received a really warm welcome with an amazing cool ginger drink. The buggy transfer to the room, the bike rental, the infinity pool were all great. The bathroom is really nice and the staff had specially done a flower bath for us which was great. We were on our honeymoon so we thought we'd like the location, but frankly, I think its more suited to an older couple and the beach is a total let down. We stayed in a pool villa (pool wasn't very clean - but thats because its set in a mini tropical forest so there are bound to be leaves et all). The breakfast wasn't all that great and they didnt have many vegetarian options other than the fruits and breads/cereal. The non Thai manager at the breakfast restaurant didnt even seem that interested in trying to help us get some veg food, but having said that the Thai staff went out of their way to make us veg fried rice etc

Due to this being our honeymoon it was a wonderful place to just chill out and relax after our wedding. Room was very nice and staff very friendly and polite, nice pool area and lovely gardens. Food in the only restaurant somewhat poor and expensive. Also drinks very pricey too. Beach looks somewhat tatty in places with bare sandbags showing through. A moderate walk from Mae Nam beach.

It was a nice, little hideaway but was kind of far from everything. Our bathroom wasn't the cleanest but for what we paid I think it was fine.

Pleasant ambience, lovely villa, friendly staff, good restaurant, lovely, sandy beach. More suited to couples wanting a quiet break. Lack of willingness to run guests between hotel and main road in Club Carts. Poor quality of coffee in rooms. Never did get the hang of the villa door locks. No safe deposit box or sysyem at reception, as required by Thai law for valuables over thb5,000 value. More suited to couples wanting a quiet break, rather than those with noisy children.
