everything!!!we extended our stay by 5 nights!!!!!

Nice garden villa, the resort is very green and romantic. Good (but not exactly cheap) restaurant,live music at the restaurant every evening.

The beach and sea water was not so clean.

Loved the friendly, laid back feel to the place, and the peace and quiet throughout the resort. Found the staff very accomodating, even if they didn't speak brilliant English, as a couple didn't, they would try their hardest to work out what you wanted. Went there with my wife on honeymoon, and absolutely loved it!

Housekeeping were a little hit-and-miss, a couple of times they missed us out when we were still in the room, but then didn't return at all until the next day. Also, the remoteness of the resort proved to be a positive and negative point, whilst the peace and quiet was excellent, travelling to other places around the island could be tricky, and we had little choice but to accept taxi fares, as really didn't want to hire a scooter or car

Nice area. Quite. The water is much cleaner than on Chanweng beach. Rooms were clean and bathroom is great. My wife love the bath.

Overpriced everything. We saved money by going out to eat to the Fisher Village and getting massages outside of the resort. If you want to do it at the resort, prepare to pay more than double. Don't rent the motor bike from the resort. Overpriced. The minimart down the road has much better bikes for a better price. Only 10 tv channels.

Had one night in the sunset suite. The jacuzzi was wonderful for watching the sunset. We got the room with the worst view but it was still very good. Very romantic place and the dinner was good too. Definitely recommend for couples.

The bed, while huge and well decorated, was too hard. They could also update their DVD collection a little. Wifi was bad in our room also - they tried to fix but only worked temporarily.

Staff is exceptional, but aren't all Thai people. A truly exotic resort complete with Buddhist pagoda and all, a reallt neat place! Perhaps a little pricey but I've paid alot more for alot less. Try it for a night, plenty of other resorts on the Island and Bookings.com makes it very easy!

There's not much I didn't like but if I'm going to extend my stay here I need to cut costs...that's the only reason I'm moving on.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help out. We had as family of 5 a garden villa, nicely located within garden setting.

Overpriced, no real beach

Quiet location with private beach. Our room locates at a small hill beside the beach, so the view is great. Room is quite spacial even add an additional bed for my son. Free kayaks to play in the sea.

Beach is not so good as Chaweng. Food could be better.

the staff was excellent and professional, the location was perfect and the views was wonderful.

It's a little far from town. Taxi to Chaweng cost 400B, to Fisherman's Village 250B. Other than that, it really is a nice place to relax away from the bustle of town.

We loved Fair House, all the staff spoke to you and greeted you, even the gardeners and cleaners! Made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. The rooms are out of this world, such good value for money and very very clean! Quite a distance from the local City of Chaweng but there are free shuttle busses that go directly to the city. Pool is immaculate and always staffed, nice pool bar in the pool so you dont have to get out to get a drink/food. Food very nice and not too expensive, really authentic!

We stayed in the Sunset villas on top of the hill, which had a fantastic view of the bay, with a large balcony & jacuzzi. The garden villas were also nice, private and large rooms. The bathrooms were enormous! The swimming pool was also quite nice, right on the beach front. Lovely, quiet location on the beach, but not much around this beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Breakfast was not very nice, small selection of not fresh bakery goods. They forgot to clean our room one day, and another day, we did not get enough towels. There was no soap in the bathroom sink, how to wash your hands? It was a 5 to 10-minute walk from the hotel to the main road then you needed to find a restaurant, so not too convenient. Having an auto or motor bike would have made the location better.

The staff are all courteous, helpful and attentive. I love the serenity of the place. My Garden Villa is beautiful and clean. The food and drinks are affordable and delicious.

It would be nicer if the spa and fitness centre will open till around 10 or 11pm...7pm is very early.

Clean hotel, calm, and set apart from the noisy Chaweng. Transportation to and from hotel can be a bit expensive if you plan to spend a lot of your time outside. Hotel has a free shuttle service to Chaweng, but it fills up really quick.

Hotel was very clean, with the exception of the presence of a small Gecko in the room.

I really liked the room, the breakfast was nice, the swimming pool was good as well

The beach is not really existent in that part of the island, the gym is tiny

It was away from the hussle of chewang which made it very relaxing.

The food was very monotonous and I was put off when I saw one of the waitors return some pain au chocolate to the buffet from a guests plate! Yuk!

Perfect sea view and exclusively designed room.

A group of girls and I stayed there for 2 nights before heading to the full moon party and when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the resort was. Staff are friendly and very accommodating (we asked for extra towels, ice, lighters etc on multiple occasions and they delivered immediately with a big friendly smile). The sand on the beach of Maenam isnt as soft as the sand in Chaweng but Maenam offered a much more relax and peaceful (and safe) atmosphere. Besides, chaweng was only a 20 min ride away. Definitely a 5 star resort for those we can't afford to stay at the W and we would stay there again if ever in Koh samui.
