Very poor Location Sea is extrimelly shallow and sea beds is made of coralls. Actually you should get a transport to another beaches. Scanty breackfast Scanty tourist desk and choices for travelling and rent a car Poor Beach without any services on it

Love the space in the rooms. Enormous bathroom! Lovely decoration and welcome upon check in to the rooms. Wifi was available in most of the resort. The sea wasn't as clear as expected, but that's the same for the entire island. Breakfast was alright, the variety is not as wide as compared to some other 4* hotels. The quality is pretty good!

We didn't like the door to our rooms, it wasn't very easy to open/close the doors. We didn't like that the hotel was situated so far off the main road. Difficult to get to the supermarkets and some Thai local food.

Like in the paradise... The services, and the staff is very good. The accomodation (jacuzzi suite) simple perfect. No noise, no lokal people in the beach (enogh far from the village), the wiew is perfect.

The beach is not the best with small children (partly sandy, not shallow), but our son was playing there many time.

We stayed in a sunset suite. Nice view. Fair price and value for money. The resort is very well maintained. Fitness centre is good. Breakfast better than average.

If you want to explore the area you need transportation because the walk is long to the first convenient store. The beach has very rough sand and outside the resort it is not so nice with derelict houses etc.

Nicely located on mae nam beach on Ko Samui. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the whirlpool on the balcony of our suite. It is very pleasant in the warm water when a tropical rain falls outside. try the Thai massage located directly on the beach approx 400m left of the resort - wonderful (does not belong to the hotel).

The beauty and the quiet of the place and the kindness of the staff

Make attention if you pay the hotel with credit card, without ask you they meke the payment in euro (with a very bed currency exchange) and you you lose a lot of money

We loved our stay at the fair house. Very beautiful location on the beach, the room was amazingly clean , very well presented. Amazing bath. Staff very friendly and efficient. Would definitely return

The gym :(

Undoubtedly the staff was the best part about the stay at Fair house. I had forgotten by silver necklace and the hotel and didn't even know that. The staff who had come to drop us at our next hotel in Samui, called the hotel to let us know that we had forgotten the necklace and on the next day, personally came to return it. Unfortunately I could not meet him that day and cannot remember his name now (if someone from the hotel is reading this, please share his name with me). The hotel itself was fabulous. We received a really warm welcome with an amazing cool ginger drink. The buggy transfer to the room, the bike rental, the infinity pool were all great. The bathroom is really nice and the staff had specially done a flower bath for us which was great.

We were on our honeymoon so we thought we'd like the location, but frankly, I think its more suited to an older couple and the beach is a total let down. We stayed in a pool villa (pool wasn't very clean - but thats because its set in a mini tropical forest so there are bound to be leaves et all). The breakfast wasn't all that great and they didnt have many vegetarian options other than the fruits and breads/cereal. The non Thai manager at the breakfast restaurant didnt even seem that interested in trying to help us get some veg food, but having said that the Thai staff went out of their way to make us veg fried rice etc

Pleasant ambience, lovely villa, friendly staff, good restaurant, lovely, sandy beach. More suited to couples wanting a quiet break.

Lack of willingness to run guests between hotel and main road in Club Carts. Poor quality of coffee in rooms. Never did get the hang of the villa door locks. No safe deposit box or sysyem at reception, as required by Thai law for valuables over thb5,000 value. More suited to couples wanting a quiet break, rather than those with noisy children.

La piscine, le bungalow et la plage.

Le personnel qui n'est pas commercial et peu aimable. L'eau de la salle de bain qui est jaune (normal d'après le personnel) Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité. Prix excessif des boissons hors taxe et de la navette ou partenaire de transport de l'hôtel. Loin du centre, 15 minutes en vélo. En résumé un 3 étoiles bas de gamme!!! Et non un 4 étoiles.
