Good location (next to the River Kwai Bridge, next to the river and a nice temple). Very well kept spacy outside area with ponds and small rivers full of fish. Nice big pool. Good breakfast. Helpful staff

Location, pool, friendly staff, comfortable room and good value, though a little tired.

It's not easy to eat outside the hotel without a taxi, and we were unlucky with the restaurant, with everything that could go wrong did go wrong. The restaurant manager tried her best, but you can't dig yourself out of a hole! But overall it was a good place to stay for visiting Kanchanaburi.

The grounds. Location. Breakfast. It is a very nice and pleasant resort. I would like to return for a month's stay!

Transport to town was relatively expensive, but that is certainly a very minor issue.

The location was excellent. The facilities within the hotel were very good.

I would have lked to see more transport available to get guest around the area from the hotel.

Magnificent location with pleasant landscaping. Cordial, helpful and friendly staff will do anything to please you. Excellent breakfast menu has many options. BIG spacious room and lounging areas

Facility (especially our room) shows it's age and needs upgrading.

Both deluxe and superior rooms were spacious with good size balcony/verandah with seating. Deluxe river view rooms had a great view of the Kwai. Grounds were large.

Badly needs refurbishing, especially bathrooms and swimming pool. Artificial waterway around the grounds could be nice if it was properly maintained and cleaned. Wifi reception was terrible.

Location was great and the facilities were great. Food at the Chinese restaurant was also very good!

Loud partying UNI students. Partying all night long. Shower curtain was filthy

The property is beautful, the grounds well kept.

The room, especially the bathroom really needs to be upgraded.

We did not manage to get hot water in the bathroom. Missed it when washing hair.

The pool and the fact that we had to walk across the bridge over the river Kwai to go anywhere. We had the whole resort to ourselves!! Nice gardens, on the river, nice sunsets. Although the dogs were bad on the track. Carry a stick!!

Felt a bit weird because no one was staying in this huge resort. Nothing really.

Classy hotel resort in beautiful setting.

Very near to but on the 'wrong' side of the bridge. Fine during daylight but meant being cut off from the Kwai village (restaurants etc) after dark. A scheduled shuttle bus would have helped. (Could order it but quite expensive.) Internet access was charged for. (Everywhere else we stayed it was free.) Not what we expected at a place of this quality.

The spa was great with skilled staff. Location was great and the room backed onto the river which was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Pool was well designed.

The rooms could do with some modernisation. Breakfast could do with a few extra western elements, bacon, hash browns, pork sausage. Also all the food needs to be kept warm.

The beautiful gardens and swimming pools, plus the large size rooms are the 3 reasons I have now stayed at this hotel 4 times.

The rooms and particularly the bathrooms, at least in S Block are rather tired and need refurbishment.

The swimming pool was very Nice and you can walk to the River Kwai Bridge in 5 minutes. Very good live music.

We travelled with our daugther but in the resort are a lot of stairs. The location is to far from the center of Kanchanaburi. They ask 180 Bath to bring us to the center, a normal ride with a taxi or Tuktuk is around the 80 bath. For a ride to Bangkok they ask 4500 bath, we had a taxi for 1800. Cold water in the bathroom every day and death mosquitos against the wall with blood. We payed 60 euro a night, to much for this hotel.

The children loved the swimming pool and the surroundings were beautiful to relax in. Very convenient for The bridge but not for Kanchanaburi. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

The restaurant did not feel that relaxed for our family. Our 12 year old vegetarian found the menu limited. The full size snooker table is for over 18s only. There was an excursion desk with lots of leaflets with wonderful trips to see elephants, but none of them were available. Maybe it was low season? We did get a taxi to the elephant reserve though and paid for ride.
