the rooms where not very clean, the batroom floor was dirty also the room floor. it was only five minute to the sea, but not very nice.. the staff did not wanna give us the free transfer we where promissed. and the english was very poor.the pool was okey, but look very dirty i think so it dident look very temting to swim.. would i be at this resort again? i dont think so

Cute little place, very laid back and nicely furnished for a budget hotel. 1 minute walk to the beach which was perfect, not right on the busy main street so it was a bit quieter.

Bathroom not that clean, but not something which would stop us coming back again.

Location was excellent, in walking distance to beach and small market (talat nat). Seemed very safe and family-oriented. Both Thai and Western visitors frequent this place. Overall, staff are friendly and helpful with exceptions. Hotel owner works night shift and is approachable. Rooms and hotel areas are clean and very well maintained. The pool area was the fun part of our stay here because of the dirty beaches and jelly fish of Cha Am.

1. Wi-fi slow, unreliable. Staff are constantly on internet possibily slowing connectivitiy 2. Parking area is small and not very convient to leave when you need to leave. No free transportation from train station or bus due to "sam lo" being broken. 3. No free coffee or tea in the morning. 4. Bikes are old with flat tires and loose chains. Staff not willing to fix. 5. Day desk staff, one person in particular, are not willing to help guest. Sometimes hostile and argumentive. 6. One incident in particular really turned me off to this "hotel". There was a western family who had just arrived, a gentleman, his wife, and baby. When the man asked for a extra blanket for the baby, he was turned down by the staff with them stating he needed to pay extra for a simple blanket. Of special note, the owner does work the desk in the evenings and is quite aware of the problems that exist. For a beach hotel that caters to both Thai and Western families, this is a decent place. However, the above mentioned items need to be addressed before I would recommend anyone staying here. And of course if you do decide to stay here, make sure you ask for a discounted price. We were given a 100 baht reduction on our last night because we mentioned the hostile day staffer.

Really friendly staff, great pool, free wifi in the rooms, clean rooms with working a/c, short walk to the beach. And only 800b, great value and definately recommend and will go there again.

There is no on site restaurant. You can order Thai food from a nearby restaurant, which was delicious, but a place to eat near the room would have perfect.

泳池干净看就想跳下去，距离海滩和7-11就2分钟路程，十分方便！

Отличное соотношение цена/качество. Маленький уютный отель, приятный зеленый дворик с маленьким бассейном, чисто, тихо. Номер большой просторный, убирали каждый день. Приятный отзывчивый персонал. Немного подкачал санузел, но общую картину это не испортило.

Poolen utanför rumsdörren och beachen 3 min gångväg.Rummen var rymliga och acceptabla för det priset.En avspänd atmosfär.

Personalens engelskakunskaper riktigt dålig.Ingen möjlighet till frukost.Städerskan glömde i regel 1-3 saker efter städning.poolvattnet alldeles för koncentrerat.

ชอบบรรยากาศของโรงแรมและการต้อนรับของพนักงาน บรรยากาศสงบ เหมาแก่การพักผ่อนจริงๆ มีความเป็นส่วนตัว การตกแต่งน่ารัก ทั้งยังมีสระว่ายน้ำให้ออกกำลังกายและพักผ่อนหย่อนใจ- ด้วย ซึ่งหายากสำหรับโรงแรมในราคานี้ สรุปคือ ชอบมากค่ะ

De mensen waren bijzonder aardig, altijd prettig op vakantie en elders natuurlijk. De kamer was ruim van opzet, maar wel basis. De mensen waren behulpzaam.

De kamer was niet echt geschilderd, wat ik wat vreemd vond.

Lovely Gardens & poll area kept immaculate loved the covered veranda's rooms were basic but clean & fair some leaks in the sink in one room

Night club next door had to be asked to move rooms. Noise decreased after that

จองห้องแล้ว และโอนเงินแล้วเพราะจองเตียงเสริมไว้ แจ้งพนักงานแล้วว่าจะไปถึงดึก กลัวจะไม่มีห้องพักและเตียงเสริมจึงโอนเงินเพื่อแสดง- ความจำนงค์ว่าจะเข้าพักจริง ๆ แต่เมื่อไปถึง พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่ได้รับแจ้งเรื่องเตียงเสริม และก็ไม่มีเตียงเสริมให้แล้วด้วย ก็รับผิดชอบแค่คืนเงินส่วนของเตียงเสริมมาให้ ต้องมาเสียค่าโอนโดยไม่จำเป็นเลย

The swimming pool, the location and the clean towels and daily water were good.

The service was poor, there was no free pick up, drop off as advertised, no free coffee as advertised, the toilet was very slow to flush if other rooms were showering, there was a leach in the shower, air con was noisy, and there was no food options at all.

เป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก แต่มีสระว่ายน้ำ ซึ่งถือว่าคุ้มราคามาก ห้องพักดูดีมาก สะอาด แต่ไม่มีระเบียงหลังห้อง มีที่นั่งให้หน้าห้อง แต่ไม่ค่อยเป็นส่วนตัวเพราะคนเดินไปมาตลอด ตอนที่เข้าพักมีหลายครอบครัวมาพัก และห้องข้างๆมีลูกกำลังซนเลย เสียงดังมาก เซ็งแค่เรื่องนี้เรื่องเดียว เดินออกไปไม่ไกลก็เจอหาด แต่โรงแรมไม่มีห้องอาหาร ที่จอดรถก็สามารถจอดได้หลายคัน

ไม่มีระเบียงหลังห้องให้ตากเสื้อผ้าได้เลย และไม่มีห้องอาหารบริการ

อยู่ใกล้ทะเล มีสระว่ายน้ำ

สระว่ายน้ำค่อนข้างสกปรก มีตะกอนก้นสระ ห้องพักน้ำชักโครกไม่ค่อยไหล ต้องรอสักพักถึงกดใหม่ได้ ตู้เย็นไม่ทำงาน นำอาหารมาแช่ สุดท้ายเสียต้องทิ้ง ที่จอดรถอยู่ใต้ต้นมะขาม ใบปลิวใส่รถพร้อมเม็ดมะขาม ต้องทำความสะอาดรถใหม่เลย

ลูกชอบเล่นน้ำค่ะ คิดว่าเป็นส่วนตัวดีและก้อ คนไม่เยอะมาก
