Transfer from and to the airport were excellent! Our room was not the best, but certainly not bad. Nice view from the 24th floor. |

Stunning view from higher floors American breakfast is only toast, jam and fruits, nothing else, no ham, no eggs, no staff for offering tea!!!, disregardfully managed property (very run-down, almost all shops inside the complex are deserted, no signing inside the complex), hotel asks for prepayment although they have cc garantee, hotel asks for cc surcharge, only reception staff speaks english, unalluring neighborhood |

I checked-in after midnight. There wasn't a trained staff handling the administration after midnight. It took me almost 25 mins to get to my room. |

Picked up from airport only 15mins(free) 25mins / 40mins from city only 120bht depends on time of day(traffic).ideal stop over location.Spacious suites and good value.Nice large clean swimming pool.They seem to be trying to move into attracting tourists and the new mono rail will stop very close when complete making access to city even easier.Great views of bkk building 31 storey's high, yes they have 3 lifts.Always take the appartments adress with you not all taxis no the location from city or airport. Not really a hotel and appart from reception not much english spoken by staff.Breakfast is basic once you have explained what you want.full kitchen but no electric kettle,essential point as tea and coffee were provided to lazy to use saucepan and hob! |

the helpful service staff the inclusion of the continental breakfast the assistance with the taxi for the airport was not able to directly deal with the hotel for transfer from the airport and return due to the booking having been made within 72 hours of the dates/time reserved no coffee pot |

Free pickup service from the airport. Friendly staff. None of the staff knew how to use the credit card machine. It all seemed very unorganised. Got a call from front desk in the morning but couldnt understand a word from his very broken english. No information in the rooms about how to use the phone service. |
