Everything.. this was an amazing hotel to stay in

I like it beacause of the good facility, location, servise & staff

I dislike, beacuse high cost and they need to Improve the clean in the room.

Great Place and location and good service

Room fairly spacious, very quiet (and was only on 8th floor) and dark (blackout curtains keep early light out fully). Concierge, security, front-desk staff very friendly. Gym, small but has enough equipment to train. Location, perfect, central to everything.

1. Housekeeping do not respect dnd sign - telephoned to take it off so they could deliver laundry. 2. Cigarette burn in sofa in lounge; coffee table and bedroom table chipped so badly looked like someone had thrown darts at them. 3. Light-coloured rug under coffee table filthy and needs cleaning. 4. Swimming pool small, not many sunbeds and sun only appears certain times of day. 5. Swimming pool next to breakfast buffet and pool should be closed until 9am so people sitting outside having breakfast are not showered with water from screaming children. 6. Breakfast buffet needs more 'quality' Western food - beans, potatoes, salad is dog-eared and seems to have come from the restaurant's leftovers the day before. 7. Even though paid in full, upon arrival, first request is for a 3,000 BHT deposit; should not do this when hotel has card details and someone has fully paid for 6 nights already. 8. Upon checkout, asked if used mini-bar (answer no), then wait 10 minutes whilst they send someone to check if you have used the mini-bar - very mistrusting and time-consuming (maybe a sign of the times that people say 'no' and check-out only for hotel to find they have lied - but should not cloak everyone with the same generalisation - again, they have c redit card details and can recover anything missed. 8. No slippers in room and because of dirty rug ...

Agree with others towels very cheap and worn. Asked for a wake-up call when going to airport, did not get one . Staff did not appear to know anything about it or the car I ordered. (It did arrive after a phone all). Taxis were almost impossible to get and many refused to take us back to the hotel after an evening out!

Did not like that after calling for the the tut tut service to pick us up at Nana station, we waited for up to 30 minutes but it still did not arrive. In the end, we choose to walk back to the hotel

The friendliness & helpfulness of the staff. The proximity to shopping & dining facilities in Sukhumvit Road. The spaciousness & lay-out of the studio apartment.

The lack of lighting in the entrance corridor of the studio apartment (1608 ). The access to the apartment block via Soi 11 which is overcrowded with street hawkers especially in the evenings.

Very comfortable and clean spacious room

The only thing I liked about the hotel is the room design and the location of the hotel.

The entire stay was pathetic 1. Our request for a smoking room with honeymoon amenities was not taken into consideration and we were first offered a non-smoking room. After waiting for 20 minutes, a smoking room was offered. 2. The room offered had defective air-conditioning. Basically, there was no cooling and the water was dripping from the vent on the ceiling. Maintainence was called and it took them an hour each to fix the living room air-con and the bedroom air-con. 3. The problem did not stop as the leak did not give way. Again maintainence was called and it took them another 30 mins to fix the aircon after which a room change was asked and offered. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with the stay!

I booked 4 suites at Frazer's mainly because we were a group of young couples on a shopping-eating-partying sojourn. The plus points are : a) Very spacious b) well appointed, including a nice av setup with a music system in each suite c) modern, tasteful décor (pseudo-boutique) d) pet friendly e) safe, central location on sukhumvit soi 11- the party street of bangkok.

Apart from a Indian-origin gentleman named Jack and the elderly security supervisor from Group 4 Security (don't recollect his name) every one else in the hotel had a permanent constipated look plastered on their face. The minus points are a) very cold, inefficient, linguistically challenged staff b) terrible housekeeping c) lousy breakfast. If Frazer's improves on the above sore points, it can truly be an excellent hotel.

The staff members were all very professional and treated us with a great deal of respect. The breakfast area was very nice as was the food.

The location wasn't very attractive but it was close to the skytrain and convenient in that respect.

Ammenities in the room and complimentary upgrade to 1 bdrm apartment.

Excellent and well appoint suite, location is great as it is within easy reach of the nana skytrain station, (5 mins walk) and in the heart of the busy Soi 11 with its great restaurants and night life. Yet once in the hotel you have peace and tranquility. Well worth booking at table for the open air restaurant on the 33rd floor of the hotel "Above 11" food is fantastic and just stunning views of the city, great and romantic setting
