Unbelievable beautifull piece of nature in the centre of the city

The location, friendly staff, atmosphere

No shampoo, shower gell and beach towels

Staff were very helpful, breakfast was nice. The rooms are set in lots trees and even tho it's on the Main Street they are set away and we have never slept so well. Excellent!!!

The decor is a little out of date but that just being picky

this is a good hotel trying to be medium. you can get similar rooms in katar beach for half the price BUT BUT it has the most fabulous pool and garden that we,who have a fine beach at home prefered to the crowded beach ar kata. although you are 30 yards from a busy road with shops restaurants and bars.the rooms are perfectly quiet and its a pleasure to sit on the large balcony and listen to the bird calls.

american and continental breakfasts are offered only proving that the owners have never been to america or the continent! they are the same except that the american has bacon and eggs. i have travelled to over forty countries and this is the first time i had to pay up front. the bathroom is poorly maintained, low water pressure blocked sink. there is no free bottled water proided to the room.no hand towels. dont take tuk tuks locally.they charge two hundred baht for two hundred yards! try Lucky Jims restaurant all the meals we had there were very good.

the pool was very good and nice and quiet.

a kettle in the room would have been good. some might say it was to far from the beach (10 misn) but all the hotels were a walk of mins anyways.

The Thai-Spanish Managent provides easy going thai stile holiday atmosphere. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to tecnical problems. This was not advised by hotel.com. If booked through a touroperator in Europe at least 30% - 50% compensation of the entire stay can be requiered. The hotel compnesate by providing a free Amewrican breakfast which means approx 30% compensation. Anyhow if proferssional managed a partnerhotel shall be advised to use the pool foc there. Also strange that soap has to be bought by the clients themself as staff adised me to buy it at 7/11.

Very good service, I have stayed here on at least 4 trips to Phuket.One trip, I was very sick, Staff took very good care of me. Family run, always clean rooms, clean pool and clean grounds. Will stay again!!!!

Every room has a balcony which is front of a huge beautiful garden. The floor to ceiling windows are tinted so even if you want to be private the view on the garden is still yours. Perfect value for my money.

The rooms need more airing, were a bit smelly at the beginning.

the staff were great and we had the pool right outside our door, we were close to food, bars and shopping with a 10 min walk to the beach but no noise to keep us awake when we needed sleep.

Прекрасный человек и отзывчивый хозяин,приветливый персонал, ежедневная уборка,отличный бассейн для такого маленького отеля,недалеко от пляжей Ката и Карон, много магазинов,ресторанов и массажных салонов рядом.

Отель расположен вокруг красивого садика, птички, пальмы, стрекочущие и ухающие животинки кругом.Бассейн с тёпленькой водичкой.Приветливые хозяева.Недалеко от патак роуд, где много дешевых магазинов и рыночков.

Однообразные завтраки.Приличное расстояние до пляжа.Нет воды в номерах. Иногда очень шумно от соседних баров.

Отличный персонал. удобное расположение, до пляжа Карон и Ката 10минут пешком. рядом множество магазинов и кафе, салонов красоты. классный бассейн. уютный, милый сад.

требуется ремонт в ванной комнате.

每幢房子都是独立的，风景很好，游泳池旁边还有鸡蛋花树，西班牙老板非常热情，一到酒店就知道我是谁，很亲- 切，房间里有蚊子还给了我一大瓶杀蚊剂，哈哈！还有早餐也不错哦，西式的！离KATA真的很近哦！

L'hôtel est placé en retrait de la rue, donc assez paisible dans un carde avec jardin et piscine, petit déjeuner compris.

Les chambres sont à peu près propres, mais sentent mauvais, elles sont remplies de moustiques dû à l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Attention à la chasse d'eau (toilette bouché), l'eau des sanitaires sent les égouts mais cela est fréquent en Thaïlande.

Были с мужем в феврале 2013, нам дали хороший домик. Отельчик маленький, но весь утопает в зелени.До пляжа Каты минут 10-15 ходьбы.Хозяин отеля понимающий и приветливый человек! Рядом много кафе и магазинчиков с достаточно приемлимыми для Пхукета ценами.Хороший отель в данном ценовом диапазоне!

Минусом были маловастенькие завтраки и то, что начинались они с 8.30 утра.Только один работник отеля подавал нам континентальный заврак до положенного времени.Спасибо ему! И еще одним минусом были комары. Но тут уж персонал отеля не виноват:)

жили в январе 2013 года. понравилось хорошее расположение отеля, не далеко от пляжей карон и ката, пешком можно дойти буквально за 10-15 минут. рядом много ресторанов, массажных салонов, тур.компаний. хорошие завтраки. очень приятная территория, много зелени, очень уютно. есть бассейн. наилучшее соотношение цена/качество.

слишком маленькая площадь номера. хотелось бы иметь больше пространства. и было бы здорово, если бы поменяли матрас на кровати, наш весь был в буграх и ямах.

за свои деньги, отель прекрасный. до моря 15 минут пешком, или 3 на скутере (прокат скутеров через дорогу) отличные завтраки. приветливый персонал. ежедневная уборка номеров. всегда свежие полотенца. есть даже бассейн во дворе. номера на расстоянии. это отдельные бунгало.

Hyggeligt hotel lidt fra stranden, 10 min. Dejlig pool område, som vi havde udsigt til. Venligt personale og godt værelse. Prisen ok.

Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig og ensformig.

Hotel in the roadside, I thought it would be noise, but it's very quite, like resort in the forest, beautiful & lovely! Hotel special arranged the swimming poor view room for me, my son can swim anytime just step out the hotel room! The room is designed tasty! Environment is lovely & sweet! Spanish boss is super nice! His mix son is hanson as my mix son! We can walk to Kata beach in 15 mins. Calme, piscine, confort des chambres

Lors de la réservation sur ebooking il était stipulé petit déjeuner non compris, alors qu'il était compris, ce que je n'ai découvert que lors du règlement à 2 jours du départ !!
