Free upgrade! Always goes down well. Friendly atmosphere and in a nice quiet end of town, but still within the old city walls, 10 minute walk to the busier part of town and markets etc. Some nice restaurants and coffee shop close by.

Down a single track road a little off the main roads, so may struggle with some excursion pick ups, allthough that said we had absolutely no problems in this respect.

Very nice hotel. We loved it. The staff were excellent, the rooms had enough space and were so clean, the beds comfy, and the breakfast more than enough. Located in a beautiful and quiet alley but hard to find for the drivers (and for us upon arrival). We always asked them to drop us off on the main street which was only 2-3 minutes walk.

The sink in the shower wasn't working so well. But other than that it's almost perfect.

Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good and hearty. Enjoyed having fresh fruit delivered to the room every afternoon. Good selection of TV channels and provided all necessary toiletries.

Location is a bit difficult to find, but manageable. Would like to have a safe in the room.

Very affordable prices for a good quality hotel. It is only 3 months old when I write this, we have to see with time. It is in the old city, so pretty well situated, in a calm housing block. Staff is very friendly.

Some taxi or Tuk-tuk drivers still never heard of it, and it is located in a small road next to the busy ones, so a little more difficult to find. We personnaly never had any trouble about it. Hotel doesn't do transfert from or to airport, but has contract with taxi company.

Rooms and hotel are nicely decorated and very clean. Very quiet area only few blocks from restaurants etc.

Everything was perfect! Slightly hard to find at first but it is in a great location. A few nice restaurants near by. One called ease cafe.

As we came back for the 2nd time after 3 weeks, we learned that the hotel was sold and therefore the management has changed. It is not as nice as it used to be, however still worth staying. Very nice breakfast with many choices.

The hot water was not as hot as one would like to have it.

We were lucky to get an upgrade to the higher room-category. The hotel is brand-new and therefore everything was just perfect and working fine. The owner of the place makes one feel at home and provides very good service. It is a three-star hotel with a personal five-star service! Everything in the hotel is easy-going and relaxed. Excellent offer and choises for breakfast. The location is away from the noisy part of town therefore a very quiete location, however you can easily walk to all the places. Would stay there again!

前台服务非常好，酒店布置也很温馨，有家的感觉。餐厅是个开放式的厨房，早餐现点现做味道很好。每天下午还- 有免费的水果，房间很大很干净，而且非常安静。

在一个小巷里，路标太小，司机经常找不到。

房间装修和设施各方面都很棒，工作人员很友善，耐心。早餐是点好工作人员现场做的，简单精致。虽然酒店位置- 不太好找，但我很喜欢他们那个区域，小街小道安静又浪漫。有机会还会入住这里。

服务态度很好，早餐超级丰盛，地点也还算不错，就是有点难找。

热水很差劲，住了2天，基本没有热过，热水器开高档就跳闸，中档就很冷。。。貌似住客普遍反应都是这样。还- 有，高级房里面没有浴缸，只有dulex里面才有。装修就是素水泥混上彩色油漆，没有涂料，没有地砖，对于- 我们天朝人来说，可能觉得有点太过简朴，不过也许其他国外人士会觉得有个性。。。

Die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals ist top. Die Lage ist gut, man fühlt sich auf dem Land und nicht in einer Grossstadt, und mit den guenstigen Taegsies und Sammeltaxis kommt man ueberall schnell hin. Tipp: unbedingt die Reception nach dem 100 m entfernten Restaurant mit den haengenden Beinen :) fragen. Ausgezeichnetes Thaiessen in wirklich einmaliger Athmosphaere.

Eine zweite Kaffeemaschine waere empfehlenswert, manchmal kam der Kaffee erst zum Schluss des Fruehstuecks. Im Zimmer fehlen Nachttischchen, die an sich schoene Bar wird nicht betrieben, sondern man soll sich aus der Minibar bedienen.

Je moet steeds aan taxi's en tuktuks uitleggen waar het is, omdat het vrij verborgen ligt.

Absolutely awesome hotel with individual approach from staff and owner. Breakfast is killing HUGE, rooms are all different and nice. Wi-Fi in rooms working fast. Only small bit was location - quite far for walking to points of interest, and quite narrow streets to drive car. From other side - it`s quite and not crowded place.

no hot water for 2 days, although staff did everything they could to fix. hotel does not accept payment by credit card, very inconvenient.

从机场到酒店的时候出租车司机载着我们找了很久，但其实位置很不错，离周日夜市很近，酒店的布置也很温馨。-

第二天在浴室发现一只蟑螂让我心里有些疙瘩，其他都不错。

Breakfast is a bit relaxed if you have early morning plans. A little tricky to find.

Close to Sunday market, and very quiet location. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and spacey.

The bathroom was too dark, the shower space was too small.
