Good location, friendly staff, good location and very clean. You also get free tee/coffee all day at the reception.

Rooms are quite small and no lift.

Internet...They have two public computers in 2nd floor.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel as we have booked these night through otherwise I would leave this hotel on the next morning, the receiption girl - Siriluck she is very helpful and nice... But the manager of this hotel, i don't know her name I just remember she has short hair and never smile... very bad attitude... I never feel welcome or warm from her, particularly she is a manager of this hotel... so sad... I asked can i cancel the next 4 nights on the 2nd morning? the manager she just throw me a paper and let me to read the rules, she didn't say anything... how bad of her attitude... and the manager she will not give you any help unless you pay the money even you need them help to make a call to pizzahut to order a pizza, remember even the hotline is free, she will also charge you... Regarding the room, We booked the suite room, the bed is ok, but very bad smell in bathroom... No elevator, we have to carry our big luggage to the 4th floor, nobody give help... Just very so so coffee, From this hotel name, I thought the coffee should be good, but disappointed. Not worth for this price...

good hotel, very nice rooms and quite close to the center (not in the center though). Everything is clean and there are enough markets close.

Not all the staff speaks very good English. But most do get enough to answer the questions.

Very nice staff, good breakfast in the morning, helped with travel arrangements, quiet location

Very expensive laundry service, location not in city square

A very nice place. We liked it a lot. Good location, just outside the city walls. Clean and nice rooms.

The breakfast was very basic, just bread and jam, with instant coffee and tea. I hoped for a better coffee in a place that has 'coffee' in its name. :)
