The hotel location is too far from the city while there is only a small dirty beach. No connection to the Pattaya beach. Swimming pool area is too small so limited privacy feeling. |

The pool is great and the breakfast was excellent. We thought that, other than the breakfast, the food in the hotel was not fantastic and the menu appeared to be the same at lunch and dinner. We had planned to eat all our meals in the hotel but after a day we decided not to as it invariably was served cold. I think the hotel needs to improve the restaurant facilities to try to encourage guests to eat in the hotel more. |

Fantastic territory, and a magnificent view to Sanctuarity of Truth. Individual beach. Everything was great. I would suggest reducing prices for SPA as comparing them to regular city offers, they seem to be greately overpriced. And also I expected to have room a bit larger, but anyway this hotel is the one I would definetey recommend to my friends and return there once again. |

We were dissappointed from the shuttle transport of the hotel.We booked departure and arriving with the shuttle,but for returning in the evening the shuttle did not wait for us.We used the taxi. |

The rooms are clean and new. The swimming pool is clean. The staffs are nice. We enjoyed during our stay. It's worth paying money. |

We stayed in April. The weather was good. The sea was not clean. Almost nobody went swimming in the sea. The territory of hotel isn't big but nice. There a few problems. The first, we were settled in the room with view on the main gate and roundabout infront of it. All night buses came up snd down. So we had to upgrate our rome to suite to avoid the problem and get the sea view. |

The room is very comfort and clean.The waiter or waitress in hotel is so kind and nice.The breakfast in hotel is very delicious.The condition of the hotel is very good.I like the shower in hotel best. The location of this hotel is not convenient. |

beautiful resort overlooking the cliff and bay, however the beach is not suited for swimming. Good infinity edge swimming pool. I recommend deluxe room on high floor with pool view. the beach is not suited for swimming. |

120 baht un cafe 500 baht 1 heur internet et il n'y a meme pas une pendule ni decoration pas de miroir dans ascenseur la chambre est petite la vue tres tres moche pour un 4 etoiles tres insufisant |

Staff was very polite and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. It may be a cheap tricks but bringing us a small package of toffees beautifully wrapped is an example of one of the things that made us feel welcome. The spa may not be as cheap as the ones in central Pattaya but the experience at Garden Cliff is much better. |

Calme hotel eloigné du centre, qualité du petit dej, personnel chambre et serveuse ptit dej...belle chambre vue mer(suite)! Directeur compréhensif Chantiers en cours très proche, reception personnel incompetant, plage innaccessible, piscine ridicule, aucun service de vrai berline taxi à l'hotel en dehors de 2 kingcab sans securité ni confort au tarif prohibitif; espace convivial innexistant, passage étroit, trop d'escaliers !!! tout à été dit au directeur |

Der erste Eindruck wird für den Gast durch die Gestaltung der Außenanlagen sehr positiv beeinflußt. Die Wirkung auf den Gast (der dafür ein Auge hat) wird im Innenbereich des Hotels fortgesetzt. Die Temperatur im Frühstücksraum war teilweise sehr niedrig. Die Bodensauberkeit im Frühstücksraum ist verbesserungswürdig. |

Ruhe, eigener Meerstrand, entspannte Atmosphäre, etwas abseits gelegen, um in Stadt zu kommen ist Taxi unvermeidbar. derzeit BVautätigkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch Nachts. |
