excellent location, Wifi in your room a great bonus. Breakfast was plentiful and good choices. Staff were so helpful, a great place to stay.

I was there for surgery so I was in the hotel most of the time. The DVD free rental was perfect for me. The service staff from front counter to the housekeeping was really friendly compare to the Heritage which i stayed a few days before i changed hotel. And it is very well kept and clean. Breakfast was ok. the juices are not cold which taste terrible and its not a good brand they use. When there are many guest, you have to be prepared to wait a bit for more breakfast to be served. Taste is ok but i think it is catered more to asian travellers. Unfortunately the Pool is on the other building and the design of that area is not so nice as the main building. If the pool was in the same building with a bar i think it would be really excellent. Lobby and room design and comfort are really good. It is quite quiet at night so you can have a peaceful sleep. I think the bathroom amenities need to be change. The pump bottle that they have do not function at all, i always have to open each bottle for shower or washing hands. Will also be good to have the fridge stock up with drinks and nuts or chips. i think it will have it look abit more detail as in a upclass hotel. But of course for a charge and not free of charge. But there is a 7/11 on the main street so its ok still. I think i have choose the correct hotel to recuperate after my surgery. I felt welcomed and relax despite the pool issue and breakfast. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Service is great, and the pillow is still very fantastic. The location and price are very satisfied.

I booked the hotel about half a year ago, and I requested the kingsize bed. But when i arrived the hotel, they told me due to too many guests, they only have double beds room for me. That's not very reasonable.

There is no view from the window.

The staff was the most friendliest and helpful[ and the hotel was perfect and the sky train took us from the airport to the hotel for a fraction of the price of a taxi.

I like the hotel it was very modern. The bed was huge and very confortable. The location is quite good, very close to the metro station

Swimming pool is not from the hotel but in another building. Is only swimming pool totally not nice decorated. Look low class. The room where I stay was a new building little far from the old building where the reception is. For the money I pay and what I get I was very despondent. Airco even it was new and in the low stand very loud noise. Outside view from the room was totally bad (Look to another building 5 m from the window). For the price I pay u get more nice hotels around there.

Everything was really good- especially how attentive the staff are. Real value for money and great location.

The shower is a danger because of design- I slipped and fractured my arm.

the hotel 's lobby is well designed the room is spacious and comfortable . Located closed to silom road and bts . The iPod docket is equipped as well . What it offerered is more than the hotel price . Highly recommend !:)

Front Desk personnel, Som, was extremely helpful. Others were courteus as well, always similing and offering help.

The staff weree very helpful and friendly. Our son loved the pool and it was great to have a 25 metre pool to swim in. The breakfast was very adequate. The rooms were a good size and clean. There was a dvd player in the room and they have a supply of dvds you can watch for free.

The rooms were not too sound proof and we could smell people smoking in nearby rooms.

Close to Silom Dental. Central and easy to reach via BTS. Very good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff

View from our room 2205 down to a rubbish dump. I have been staying at Glow four times, but the first time in the "new" part. The back section I would not accept next time. Your maintenance department should check on DVD players, light switches etc. Wardrobe light did not switch off, light in bar only works with bathroom light and fan on. Your electrican has taken many short cuts when doing the electrical installation. Poor bathroom lighting. Checking was only possible after 2.30pm had to wait 4hours.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Beautiful and modern hotel and rooms. Well located close to skytrain, shopping and China town. Excellent breakfast. We only have positive words about Glow Trinity and would for sure come back.

I stayed there 4 nights, location was good only 5 mins walk down to BTS.. Basic Facilities..

Everything was great. The staff were first rate - they couldn't do enough to help you. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Bangkok.

Very minor issue - the TV is mounted into a cabinet so all of the sound is lost into the wall. As a result, we had a couple of noise complaints from the adjoining room while watching a DVD. Maybe ceiling speakers (connected to the TV) would solve this problem.
