The location is good, not far from railway station and bus terminal. Aircon works fine and its adjustment is ok. Check-in and check-out very fast. You can catch songtaew or mototaxi or tuk-tuk at the exit of the hotel. The lack of safe in the room. The wifi on payment (50 bath/day). Coffee facilities on payment (20 baht for coffee tris). Foods of breakfast not heated after 9.00

Good location, nearby a lot of shops and food stall You need to pay for the wifi. During booking, it state that free wifi, when i ask for password, u need to pay for it. Feel like get cheated.

The receptionist is not freindly, do not wish or smile at customers, poor feedback on enquiry, the bell boy more a like a tour agent looking for business by recomending his collegue, arranging for day trips outside the hotel rather then opening the door or helping customers, the housekeeping lady always yell at customer and not freindly, never answer any enquires and totally can't able to comunicate in simple English.

เดินทางสะดวก อาหารอร่อย คุ้มราคา ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องเซอรฺวิสมายให้รีเซปชั่น และ เบลบอยอีกหน่อย การต้อนรับแขกของรีเซปชั่น บางกะ ไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร ไม่ยิ้มรับ ไม่ยกมือไหว้ จดจ้องหน้าคอมแม้ลูกค้ามาถึงหน้าฟร้อนแล้ว ไม่แนะนำ การเข้าพัก เช่น อาหารเช้า คีการ์ดม

The hotel that I stayed are connected room which met our requirement with family children. The reception not really friendly to clarify or explain to customer.

Location. Very near to the main shopping belt, within walking distance. Wanted to break up a big note with the Reception, she refused. Thais used to be a lot nicer, she certainly wasn'T. I wouldn't say the hotel is very cheap though.
