I only saw the staff when I checked in and checked out so can't really comment on them. The room was clean, everything worked properly and there was none of the mosquito or smelly water problems I'd heard about. Very good location but hard to find as it's off the road and there's another place nearby with a very similar name which can confuse taxi drivers. Bottom line: it was cheap but very good value.
Never saw the staff during my stay. TV aerial doesn't plug on properly so you get awful reception. The decor is colourful but an acquired taste.
The value for the price was great - clean room, very helpful staff, great location.
Nothing - great stay!
really good location. pretty good value for an AC room. Staff is super friendly and will help you.
beds are not good.
It took forever to find!
Pool that was advertised wasnt there anymore, poor excuse when we asked they said they changed it 6 months before and told booking.com to change picture but they hadnt done it yet! Tv didnt work properly, no handle on bathroom door. Mouldly. Poor value for money would not recommend.
it was central, friendly reception, wifi
no sun at the pool, noisy because of construction, uncomfortable bed
Great location, Sunday market is at the end of the street. Clean rooms, good value.
Very good location within the Old City.
There was a pool available.
I was on the third floor.
Great location, just beside the Sunday Market and 5 min. from Taephae Gate
A/C and fan were both loud, got woken up in the middle of the night
Front Desk clerks always asking "Where you go?". Wanted to rip us off offering trips at double or almost triple the price saying they offered special discount. No pool.
Good location in the old town, all sights were in walking distance.
Bed looked like a health hazard, but to be fair we didn't get eatten, probably because even the bugs didnt fancy the bed. half the plug sockets didn't work so we had to unplug the fan to get some power and there was only one light bulb for the 3 lights that were in the room Staff were not the most helpful.
Really great location. Amazing value for money. Friendly staff and good wifi. Perfect hotel for budget with air con
Beds were a bit hard.
Great central Location.... Friendly staff...
Excellent location...a couple of blicks away fro. Sunday street market
Bathroom was not that clean Bed a bit unconfortable
Great location for the old part of Chiang Mai, staff very accommodating, overall great value for money, and would stay again.
Services very very bad.The water heater broken, waiiting long time noone fix it ,and small room ,not clean.pool can't use. never never come agine
We needed our room changed due to the fact there was no working lights and this was done with no problem or questions asked. Had hot water and was in a very good location.
The place was unwelcoming, dirty and did not have a nice atmosphere. It was overpriced (we saw cheaper and better within the area) and they did not have a pool as advertised, not sure if there ever was one. Just a building site outside with workmen to wake you at 8am??
