Hotel was great,club level was worth paying a little bit extra. Best part of Chaweng beach for swimming. Centara Villas ,sister hotel , has more intimate feel,almost hevenly.Only downside was too shalow sea for swimming. |

The location is fantastic and so are the staff , the beach is excellent as well as the pool area The rooms and the breakfast area are NOT 5 star , to be honest lots of areas including the rooms are tired and in need of some renovation, modernisation |

Nice location on the beach, nice gardens and away from the main crowds of chaweng but near enough when needed. Almost a replica of Centara Hua Hin The rooms are too small and i think the price is rather high. The food in the Club lounge could do with more variety |

The room was great and having an adjoining room with my friend was great - like having a suite without the suite price. Beautiful view and great service, location and amenities! Will recommend this resort to everyone! Hard to communicate with the personnel - but not just with the hotel staff, seemed to be common thoughout Thailand - my problem, not theirs. |

I enjoyed the use of the Club Lounge. The private beach and overall hotel grounds are beautiful. Too many loud fireworks going off during the evening. |

All the staff at this hotel were very nice except the staff at the reception desk. These people went I arrived at the hotel and when I left 4 days later were still not very friendly, no smiles, very blunt. |

Le cadre est juste magnifique un vrai Paradis! Le décor bord de Mer, l'immense jardin, piscine, les différents restaurants sont de très hautes qualités! L'intimité et la tranquilitée et sérénité règnent dans cet endroits!!!! Le centre ville a proximité pour des balades plus festives et chaude! J'ai adoré! Plus de monde lors des dîner aux restaurants de L'hôtel pour plus d'ambiance. Je pense que les prix sont beaucoup plus élevés qu'a l'extérieure, même s'ils sont résonnable---- mais ils devraient prêter plus d'attention à la concurence lol |

отель располагается в отличном месте,очень большой пляж,хорошее обслуживание.немного дорогие рестораны на территории отеля,японская кухня,несмотря на дороговизну,мало похожа на японскую.Но вокруг много хороших ресторанов,так что никаких проблем.И вообще в отеле нет никаких проблем,отдохнули отлично. |

Nous avons aimé tout durant le séjour dans cet hôtel! Le personnel est très acceuillant, la nourriture y est bonne, la plage très jolie ainsi que la piscine, ... Nous recommandons, pour la différence de prix, de prendre une chambre "Club". Grâce à cette option, vous pouvez boire et manger quand bon vous semble! Pour les amateurs de shopping, les magasins sont à deux pas! |

ロケーションが抜群で、海を眺めながら広い庭で一日中ごろごろしていても、多くのホテルスタッフが見回りや気配りをしてくれており、安心してくつろげる最高のホテルでした。また、日替わりの自由に参加できるアトラクションが用意されており、長く滞在しても飽きさせない工夫もされており申し分の無いホテルでした。 私の予約したDelux roomは眺めのよい部屋はシャワーのみでバスタブが無いことを知り、バスタブ付を優先させました。もしこのことが予約の時点で分っていれば、バスタブもあり眺めの良いワンランク上の部屋を頼んでいました。このことだけが残念でした。しかしバスタブの作りが貧弱で結果的には余り湯船に浸かりませんでしたので、シャワーだけで良かったのかも知れません。 |

Que con la opción "Club" tenías comida y bebidas gratuitas todo el día. Nada, todo perfecto excepto el precio de los restaurantes que eran muy caros comparado con cualquier otro restaurante de hoteles de 5 estrellas en Samui mismo. |

top hotel, goede kamers, goede service (zeker de club formule met veel extra diensten zoals gratis ontbijt, lunch en happy hour) Er zou wat meer inclusief kunnen zoals alle watersport faciliteiten, haal en breng service naar vliegveld. Muziek was slaapverwekkend en de tarieven van de restaurants (zeker geen 9 maar slechts 3 restaurants) meer in overeenstemmingn brengen met het prijsniveau van de rest van Koh Samui. |
