Absolutely stunning views from balcony, staff were excellent, lovely pools etc. room was not available on arrival and so we ended up having to downgrade. The manager said it was the fault of booking.com - as he didnt receive the booking in time for our arrival. Also very difficult to get to, so quite isolated. Monkeys and big hill walk to get anywhere, as shuttle boat doesnt always run. |

I liked the location on a semi private beach. The hotel is eco friendly and melts into the backdrop of mountains and palm trees I did not like the rather surly unsmiling and unfriendly attitude of a number of staff members. I did not like the mix up over my room allocation as having paid for a sea view deluxe room I was initially allocated a room with nil sea view.which wasted my time in changing rooms.The departure transportation was not well arranged with insufficient information given to us. |

Las instalaciones son increibles, hacen honor al "lujo asiático". En la zona d recepción trabajan personas sumamente desagradables, perezosas, te hacen repetir las cosas unas cuantas veces antes de mover un dedo; el resto han sido encantadores. Lo peor ha sido depender de un mal servicio d traslado en barco desde el hotel: me han estropedado los días q pasé allí, sales y entras del hotel cuando ellos quieren, no cuando a ti te apetece. Te sientes enjaulado. Si te mareas no recomiendo el hotel para nada, aunq el trayecto es cortito te pondrás malo porque el barco apesta a gasoil, la pasarela de acceso se mueve muchísimo y te hacen esperar dentro del barco antes de partir un buen rato. El hotel es de postal pero solo si no quieres salir de él Solo accedes con barco del hotel con frecuencia d uno cada 2/3 horas aprox. Con capacidad para unas 20 personas. 1º: hay q reservar con antelación tanto la ida como la vuelta y a la vez. 2º: si está completo te quedas sin poder salir. 3º: si después d negociar con ellos te enfadas porque no puedes salir, te dicen q hay un camino subiendo la montaña posterior al hotel q lleva al pueblo en 15 minutos andando (el personal del hotel accede por este camino, no pueden usar el barco). 4º: el puerto está a 2 km de la civilización por lo q es obligado el uso de tuk tuk, no es caro, pero es el detalle. 5º: la pasarela para acceder al barco es d unos cubos plásticos q flotan en el agua y se mueven una barbaridad con las olas, si te mareas es demoledor |

De unieke ligging en toch vrij toegankelijke aspect van dit resort maakt het verblijf uniek. Pure vakantie zoals u "in de folders"ziet...what you see is what you get ! |

Problème avec le ponton flottant qui rend les horaires de navette incertains. Il reste cependant toujours la possibilité d'emprunter le chemin escarpé des singes!!! |

Desde la ubicación en la playa hasta la habtación con jacuzzi, el esmero del personal, etc. Es decir, todo!!! No existe nada que reprochar, excelente!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hotelli eksoottisesti omassa rauhassa ison kallion/vuoren ympäröimänä. Pääsy vain veneellä tai hieman vaikeakulkuista polkua pitkin jalan. Hyvät huoneet ja erinomainen uima-allas. Viidakko aivan oman huoneen vieressä. Koska vaikeakulkuinen polku oli _ainoa_ tapa päästä hotelliin tai sieltä pois kovan tuulen aikana (koskien myös kaikkea ruokaa, pyykkiä ym ylläpitoa mitä henkilökunta kantoi hotelliin), olisi polku syytä laittaa paljon nykyistä parempaan kuntoon ! Nyt se on kyllä eksoottinen, mutta ei varmastikaan logistisesti kovin miellyttävä ajatellen erityisesti hotellin henkilökuntaa. Lisäksi dieselgeneraattoreiden melunvaimennusta tulisi parantaa. |

el paisaje que se tenga que entrar y salir con lancha ( yo no estaba avisada, y me supuso una gran perdida de tiempo, puesto que era yo la que tenia que acoplarme a sus horarios de lancha , y no eran muy continuos ) |

A melete lévő hegy ! Bezártság érzetet okoz és a taxi boottal való megközelithetőség a rosz moló. Kiszolgáltatotság , Messze van a Thai ember megismerhetősége.. Drága! éS Flegma recepciósok! A reklámon lévő képek megtévesztőek /inkorekt/!!!! A szobák távol vannak a parttól, és a panorámát igérő szobából nem mást látni mint a szomszéd lépcsőházat , beton ház érzetű! Nem tetszett! |

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in einer Bucht.Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Leider wurde mit keinem Wort erwähnt das dieses Hotel nur per Boot erreichbar ist,desweiteren ist der Shutleservice sehr dünn, nur 4mal am Tag.Wenn man außerhalb der Transferzeiten aus der Bucht möchte kostet das auf Dauer viel Geld. |
