Breakfast is great! This hotel has the best shopping on its doorstep and is also close to public transport. Very easy to get to from the airport using the train and then transfer of one stop to the nearest skytrain station. We stay here every time we are in Bangkok.

Location is great if you are to shop or engage in business, and it offers suite rooms convenient for families and small groups. Facility is a bit old but kept reasonably well. Location again, in that it is a bit far from Sky Train or Subway, the most convenient public transportation for those who do not want to use taxi all the time in this city of traffic jams and who are not local enough to master the local bus, The 15 minute walk in the heat from and to the nearest Sky Train station may not be what you want to do if you are not very young or tired after a long day.

Location is awesome; sandwiched between two malls; plenty of food options and shopping within walking distance. Decent pool for the kids. Suites are getting a little older and need renovating. Prices in the restaurant and for the hotel rooms are getting a little too high; plenty of other good options within walking distance (ie. Baiyoke Sky). Also, whether it's bed bugs or other insects, we got bitten lots like another reviewer. They need to spray the rooms down!

The buffet breakfast is very good , varity of choose. The swimming pool is clean. The room is clean and comfort which u a never heard any noise around. The location is convenient with a new shopping mall and food court, even there is full occupied but the envorinment is good . The service from front desk is not very nice.

Very good location especially for shopping and dining. We stayed in a junior suite which is spacious. The lobby is part of a shopping centre so it is kind of busy. Despite the room is clean, it is a bit run down.

You have to pay 100 Baths for 30mns of using the internet. We stayed at other hotels around Pratunam they all have free internet and wifi. Grand Diamond is overcharged!!! The lobby is small and crowded.

Great hotel for shopping, especially for the ladies, Platinum Fashion Mall is beside the hotel, where you can shop till drop, the wholesale price is unbelievable cheap......Central World is about 10 minute walking distance where you can get good food and Naraya over there

This is my second time staying in this hotel. My nieces and nephews love it very much, they never know that the shopping centre is so near to the hotel that they really have a crazy shopping. They also loves the breakfast very much No, I don't have anything that I don't like. The only thing is the extra bed mattress too soft and low.
