Grand Diamond Suites Hotel  

Breakfast is great! This hotel has the best shopping on its doorstep and is also close to public transport. Very easy to get to from the airport using the train and then transfer of one stop to the nearest skytrain station. We stay here every time we are in Bangkok.

finally back to stay there after your renovation at the lobby area. great as they now have a starbucks right at the lobby. good pricing for good size rooms. Walking distance to all major shopping malls there.

The suites were large and spacious. I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, and each bedroom came with an attached bathroom and bathtubs. One of the bathrooms even had glass windows which overlooked the city (I was on the 24th floor). The hotel was also a stone's throw away from Platinum Mall, which was where my group pretty much spent most of our time. Street stalls, 7-11 and fast food joints (such as McD's, kfc, a&w) were also very close by.

The suite could have been cleaner. One of the bathtubs provided was not very clean, and the showerhead for the bathtub did not work. Also, the area underneath the couch was filthy (looked underneath because we were searching for a missing object). There was also a lack of free wifi (in both the hotel and the starbucks in the lobby). There was free wifi in the hotel food court which operates from 10am-7pm daily.

Location is good, save a lot on taxi fare as walking distance to central world n just beside platinum mall, also easily to locate food. Will chose this hotel again. Frm Alan spore tourist.

The staff are not good n able to understand English. Room service for cleaning up are quite late in the pm.

corridor at room floor at the lift area have a smell. could not get assistance on the wifi access because technician wasnt around

Service super bad!!! Wifi pay 1000bth 3days line very bad !!! Always no line n just can 1 person use only the wifi !!

It is conveniently placed and has al the facilities we need with a particularly good breakfast.

Hotel is nice, location is great.

Messed up with my bill, they charged my twice and now going through difficulty of reversing the transaction...

Everything , we loved every thing and we felt we are home , well done and all best.
