Big room , staff very helpful and friendly. Location ok.
Wifi no good, hotel a bit old, water not hot.
Dirty shower cubicle and bathtub. Looks like never clean.
The place is quiet and breakfast buffet is pretty well stocked.
Place is overall a bit rundown. We had the 2bedroom apartment, which was not too clean. Moreover, used cups and glasses are not properly cleaned, let alone sanitized. Very bad!
one staff not good
location is a problem; I requested for a morning call at 3:30 am but no one called.
Place not noisy and quiet
Needs repainting Requires attention to clean the balcony Provide Halal food Staff need to learn English
It's not a 4 star hotel in European terms but still it was great. Pool on 16th floor, tasty breakfast, clean, roomy, good service, restaurant on roof.
Expensive breakfast, have to walk to other restaurants for quite a distance, near the highway so don't think about crossing that easily to 7/11 round the corner, the pools could have more sunbeds
Bad breakfast toilet dirty staff not professional.
Nice gym and pools. Good breakfast
Wifi was terrible
Staff n service was very good
It's a great location... Near to Maya mall and the hip nimanhaemin area where lotsa cafes n massage places can be found. We got an upgrade to a suite after the hotel couldn't give us twin beds for both the rooms we booked.
Hotel is a bit run down. The water from the shower is very small and got water is virtually like nonexistent.
Large room with both shower and separate bath tub, king size bed, kitchenette and 16th floor view. Room was clean.
Lack of maintenance. Loose faucet knobs. Calcium stains on shower door, outside of window had large water stain. Pigeons roosted on and above windows making a mess. It's too bad because this was probably a 5 star hotel once upon a time and still could be with proper maintenance.
We had 16th floor room with excellent views over the mountains. The rooms were a little old but big and clean. Roof top pool and bar good also. Very close to MAYA shopping mall and 20 mins walk from old town Chiang Mai
Great price. Huge rooms. Did I mention great price?
Too far from all the fun/buzz. The elevator is so awful, slow as a snail.
Location was little bit far from downtown . We needed a taxi or something (10 min) to old city.
1. Room is big, modern and clean 2. Satisfying customer orientation 3. Location is good, 10 mins walking to Maya
Gym is too small
Fantastic hotel all around. We were able to rent a scooter through the hotel, which made getting around easier than having to find tuk tuks etc. The rooms are incredibly spacious, air con works great and love having a kitchenette. would stay at this hotel again.
The pool closed too early, so never got the chance to use it because we were out for most of the day exploring the Wats and sights.
Large room, large bathroom, quiet day and night, pool.
Poor location, lack of maintenance, weak wifi especially at night, large confusing building, poor eating options nearby, too expensive for what it offers.
i like the room; it was perfect. Also the staff was ok. Special the lobby staff.Food ok. Nice lobby to sit and relax. i stay there 5 nights with young friends and we had no single problem.
For travelers without car is it a long way to go around. For me was it no problem. My friends had a car.
Comfort, great views, pools, restaurant, bars all pretty good overall
It wasn't really walking distance to anywhere , although tuk tuks are that cheap it made little difference
Staffs were great and friendly.
The toilet was unclean. The room was worn out and a bit old.
Poor lighting in rooms, outlets were not holding any plugs, rooms were antiquated. Kitchen had nothing to use for plates or silverware, Elevators required a separate key to use (?) Breakfast was so-so…Wifi- had to log on with each device with a separate password and had to log on each time…Depressing location- away from activities…1980’s themed. Worst, but not the least expensive hotel I stayed in. Enjoyed a much cheaper place in old city area.
Big room sizes
Lifts are time based and dies not censor the people arriving. Multiple people got hurt as the lift door slammed into them.
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and great with our kids. We used the swimming pool on the roof and most days had it to ourselves which was lovely. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is good, about a ten minute tuktuk into the old town, walking streets, night bazaar etc. We used the hotels tour company to arrange most of our days out and we found them to be fairly reasonable in price, very accommodating and offered many different choices. I had an accident whilst staying at the hotel and the staff were fantastic at helping my husband out with childcare whilst I was in hospital and when I returned to the hotel. There is also a great little bar/restaurant just outside the hotel called Andys Place which I would highly recommend.
There is a problem with birds at the hotel which meant the view was somewhat obscured! My husband did lean out and clean some of the window so we could enjoy the scenery! Breakfast, was indeed plentiful however the western choice was fairly limited in comparison to the Asian offerings. We ate at the rooftop restaurant which is in a great setting but unfortunately the food was only ok. The hotel rooms need updating a little but overall we were happy because of the price we paid.
The location for visiting the mountains and other trips. Helpful tour desk.
A little beat down property. Furniture old. My two bedroom suite had one of the rooms AC not working
