This is a fantastic hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. On arrival our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait 2 hrs to check in. To compensate us for the inconvenience they “upgraded” us to a deluxe luxury room and gave us a temporary room where we could rest and take a shower. The location of the hotel was fantastic, secluded from the main road, yet easy to access either by foot or our wonderful little motorbike which we hired from reception. Overall Grand View Residence and Koh Samui was marvelous!
