the only thing good about this hotel is that its close to the airport about 25 minutes with taxi This hotel makes faulty towers with John Cleese look like a 10 star hotel, We check in and ask if they have a swimming pool and they say yes and when we go to the pool its closed for cleaning, ok that can happen, after that my son wants to take a bath in the room and its not possible to take out the water after he is finnished, we ask them to fix it many times but they do not do it. In the room there was some of the lights blinking all night and made it hard to sleep, the beds are also not good. We went to the restaurant that looks really nice and order food and it takes almost 40 minutes to get the food my sons hamburger smells bad and my food is not cooked enough. In the morning i go and talk to the staff and say i want free breakfast for compensation and they say no u not paid for it and maby its good i did not eat there anyway, When i check out they forget to give me my deposit 1000 bath and when i find out im in downtown Bangkok and ask them to send to my bank and they say no i need to go and get it myself. So just not to let them have my money i take a taxi and go there and pay 500 total to this bad hotel and my new hotle but its worth it because i would never spend a second of my life in this bad hotel. DONT GO THERE UNLESS U LIKE A BAD HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Freundliches und hilfbereites Personal ewigkeiten auf das Mittagessen gewartet. Dazu gab es die hälfte der Karte nicht (nach 30min Wartezeit). Am Ende kam das Essen fast kalt auf kalten Tellern.
